Fast food workers in general deserve a lot more grace than they often receive and Taco Bell is no exception. They might miss an item or take longer than you’d expect but a lot of these places are short staffed and they’re trying their best.
That all being said, I was really pleased with my experience at this Taco Bell. The service was really great. They missed one of our burritos, but they got me a new one really quickly and were super apologetic. The food was great. Everything tasted really fresh. The empanadas, especially the chocolate one , were so good. They took a little longer to cook because they were being made fresh but they were absolutely worth the wait. I’d definitely come back to this location again.

Seems like they were intentionally making me wait and just dealing w the drive thru …they need to manage this place better.. have one person at the counter and be more organized it’ll make the work Enviornment much better instead of everyone always angry for no reason then the customers have to deal w ur anger

It seems harsh to rate this so low based on one bad experience, but that’s how the cookie crumbles, I guess. I ordered some food today and asked for it fresco. Fresco means replace the cheese with tomatoes and onion. They gave me what i ordered but with no tomatoes or onion (or cheese.) So I paid the same price as I otherwise would have, but for less food. : P

The staff here is so nice and they’re probably one of the only Taco Bells that gets our orders right 90% of them time. However, this is the second time in a row that the cinnamon twists bag has been barely 1/2 full and they’re always thrown in the bag upside down. 🙁 Photos of the two separate orders.

I had horrible service I was standing by the register for 10 minutes and none of the employees asked if I needed help or if they could take my order. They were too busy being unprofessional and not doing their jobs. The employees were standing around talking. I asked the employee that came to the counter if he could take mine and he told me to hold on and said to place my order on the kiosk. The customer service here is not good!

Don’t go here if you are expecting any kind of fast service, the drive thru is super slow, 20 mins for 4 cars is insane. Management is horrible

Locked the doors at midnight I’ve been waiting in the drive through for more than half an hour with maybe one car being served. I have my order sitting inside waiting to be grabbed idk what they’re doing in there.

This location over and over always seems to make my day. From my favorite morning/ lunch lady Mrs Marlene. To now My guy Chad. Countless others who show up and try. They Always put a smile on your face and make good food.
