legitimately the nastiest food i’ve had in a long time. food tastes like they made it 2 hours ago. moist yet cardboard texture fries, old oil. dry meat patties, chewy bun. there was nothing redeeming. avoid this mcdonald’s at all costs

I really feel sorry for these people that work here. I have never met such rude people in my entire life. Everyone has an awful look on their face and god forbid you ask them to for anything or say thank you to them because they will look at you like you have 18 eyes. Something should really be done about the customer service at this place. Get a different job if you can’t do any better.

So after having a bad experience at the Tates Creek McDonald’s, I decided to start going to this location. I’ve always gone through the drive, thu, but today my daughter wanted to go in, so we did. I must say i am utterly disgusted by how nasty this location is the bathrooms very unclean….My daughter and i ordered from the kiosk we went to sit in the lobby and omgggg nasty the tables were disgusting the floors were nasty and they had a really bad smell lingering around the lobby which made me rethink if I even wanted to eat there. There was no hospitality at all my burgers were smashed up cold fries and my apple pie looks like someone tried to open it….The Palomar McDonald’s located at 3765 palomar Center Dr is a bit far from where I live but I will definitely be driving all the way there for fresh burgers and fires and a clean lobby oh and don’t forget there hospitality is amazing.

EDIT: 9/17- This McDonalds is sad as hell. The employees can’t do simple math. They keep money that’s owed AND the never get the order right. Was served expired, chunky milk with my hot chocolate. The bare minimum for fast food is checking expiration dates. Also, if something isn’t visibly serve-able. It looked like oatmeal, how chunky it was. In general, McDonalds is such a disappointment.

They are extremely rude and offer literally no customer service. I came in one morning hoping to quickly grab a cup of coffee on my way to work. I noted the order kiosks on the left as walked in and walked up to the counter. I hate having to order from a kiosk, scroll through a menu screen, and touch all over a nasty grimy screen when I could simply walk up to the counter and say “one large coffee please”. So I stood and waited by the counter for 5 minutes minutes after making direct eye contact with employees several times before one of them shouted across the restaurant to me to use the kiosk. At that point I just walked out. I guess they’d rather complicate a very simple process by refusing to hire cashiers anymore and as a result they’ve lost me as a customer.
