Great local breakfast joint – old-fashioned, stick-to-your-ribs, Grandma’s cooking. Nothing fancy, just comfort food served with lots of love. Our server was attentive and friendly, as well as running off her feet – the place was jam-packed on a weekday morning. My pancakes were light and fluffy, with tons of butter. And they arrived hot off the griddle – not always a given. My dining companions demolished their respective meals with alacrity. A solid choice for reasonably priced, generous portioned breakfast.

I had breakfast food for lunch. If you looking for a light meal, this isn’t the place…lol. But you can build a breakfast and create your own, and they have turkey bacon if you like it. The best service, food is 100% great. I had eggs Benedict for the first time but the big version with bacon (can’t think of the name)…OMG! I’ve been there 2 Sundays in a row after church. The place is packed, but worth the wait. I’m not going to wear it out going here, but it’s hard as I want to try everything. They even have sugar free syrup. Now if they start offering non dairy milk types, I’m on it. Ps: get those giant cinnamon rolls to take home…soft and fluffy

Cute place. Pretty busy. Food was pretty decent. Biscuits wernt my favorite. Bacon was cooked good hashbrowns were crispy. Gravy was good. Mimosas were really good we did cranberry and pineapple. Good service.

This was amazing for breakfast. They had so many flights for different things so you could really get a taste of everything. The food was amazing and had really fun options. They were busy so probably going early is best but we didn’t wait too long for a table.

The food was really good and came in fairly quick! My husband and I did go at 8am tho so I’m not sure how busy it gets later in the day. It was our first time there after living in Federal Way for 7 years and we decided we want to do a monthly breakfast date there! They offer a rewards system so we’re excited to rack up some points. We both ordered the BYOB (build your own breakfast) and the portions were decently sized and there were a lot of dish options to choose from. I’m definitely going to order a dirty soda or mimosa flight next date morning!

Good variety in the breakfast menu with many healthy options. A separate vegan section was a plus. Wait time was around 20 minutes. It took about 20 more minutes to get the items after we ordered. Pancakes were big and filling. Only thing we didn’t like was that much of the food was crammed into a single plate. Hash browns were mixed with pancakes and whipped cream.

The biscuits taste like fresh home made biscuits, and the gravy is better than average. The Chicken Fried steak is ok, but I’d probably get something else next time. I didn’t ask if their jam that they brought out with the biscuit was home made, but it was really good.
All of the staff that we interacted with were pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Excellent! Cinnamon rolls are food, right? Cream cheese icing was the creamy bomb, sweet and delicious!

Exceptional !! Thank you Jamie P. for your kind hospitality. Good hustle, too — we could see how busy you were and you kept up with the demands.

A little noisy but to be fair I was test driving a new set of hearing aids Enough space for most group sizes.
Notes for C-sweet consideration:
I would opt for a teaspoon side of cinnamon, perhaps an ounce of raisins (both are self-stable) since the “plain” cinnamon roll is a corporate standard.
I think the loaded hash browns is a keeper after the temporary menu expires. It’s an easy one to offer even as an “off menu” local favorite! Would have ordered it today but my “sweet-toothed” bride would have been “Les Misérables” had she finished the cinnamon roll by herself.
“Let no cream cheese icing be wasted.” (Her words, not mine )
ps. What can I say? We camped here for a while after the lunch rush. Realized that we were just across from Costco gas.
Bathrooms clean and well serviced. Reported paper towel dispenser not working after leaving with wet hands. Got towels from second rest room.

I love ordering their big fat breakfast burritos on Saturdays through Grub Hub but this is the 2nd time I add on cheesy potatoes and they forget to send them with my order.. READ THE ORDER! Delicious burritos but jeez.. read the full order. They offer add ons with the burritos before adding to the menu, then I have to request a refund. I also ask for utensils and they’re never included…
