My [almost] daily guilty pleasure – breakfast and and good cup of coffee. Some days I’m a bit late, so it’s a burger. The staff here is awesome and customizes per my requests.

Came in at 1140ish and ordered an bacon quarter pounder with cheese, while dinning in the store I look away from my phone an notice my burger is pink. My camera dosnt give the picture justice of how red/pink my burger was, so alarming that I spat out everything I just bit. Staff was obviously quick to snatch the burger way from me, literally mid picture. Service was okay but raw uncooked burgers are not okay. They brought me back a new burger which you could tell is obviously more cooked then the last one. Got a refund because I couldn’t physically finish the replacement burger, but when I went to go get the refund, the manager was arguing with me that the burger couldn’t possibly be raw and asked to see said burger. I told her I couldn’t show her the burger but had pictures because her employee already threw it away, so she told me to bring back the replacement burger so they could toss it since I wanted a refund, nlg kinda ridiculous when I can get food poisoning over an uncooked burger or worse

It’s everything you’d expect from a McDonald’s. Good food served up quick with no issues. The staff was good, the food was good, and oh, bonus points… never once have I gone here and heard the infamous “ice cream machine is broken” line. I ALWAYS get my ice cream here with no issues. Can’t say the same for other locations. LOL. Anyway, good stuff…

I have no idea what the deal is with half of the people who work here. Like there’s just always an attitude, no matter how polite I am to them. My friend had a mistake with her order the other day, and she asked me to drive back to get it resolved. When I told them what had happened, it was as if I (the person who had received the wrong product) was inconveniencing the people who messed up my order ! There’s also a girl in the afternoon who just hands you your food and looks away in disgust without saying a word. Slams the window in your face. Like what? I’m not the type to complain, and I’m not throwing anyone under the bus, but I feel like I had to come here and say something because genuinely there’s a good chunk of employees here who aren’t very good with customer service.
Other than that, usually the food’s great. There are the occasional mistaken orders, like I received the other day. And there are some really nice employees, one in particular that’s always a joy to see whenever I visit this location at night. I believe her name’s Hailey? She’s really sweet, love her!
I just hope this review will help management understand maybe some more training has to happen? Like genuinely I don’t understand why half of the employees here are so rude.

(2024 October) they recently refreshed the inside of this McDonald’s and updated it to be modern. There isn’t much human interaction anymore, since they updated the pay system so you order on the screens and pay with the Kiosk things next to them, it’s really open compared to what it used to be. But yea same food different environment also seems like they didn’t change the drive thru but just re painted

Want to McDonald’s to get breakfast Cuz I need something in my stomach. I got the egg micmuffin price($3.19) and sausage egg micmuffin Price($3.23). With a medium iced coffee Price($1.99)and hush brown.
Employees at McDonald’s are super nice and friendly. They have a kid play area structure.
For all the kids to play before Or after they eat. This location has a drive-through, so if you want to get your food fast, you can order on the mobile app and place your order for any item you want. You can add extra stuff like pickles, cheese, and Sauces, or you can even remove them.
After you order, you just go up to the drive-through. Give them the number sequence that they gave you. And you just pull up to the window and they give you the bag of food easy and simple.

They got our order wrong after they told us the correct order and handed us the wrong sandwich in the bag. Only reason we didnt turn around to take it back was because we were running late and had no choice but to just deal with it and move on. Everything else was good though.

Go to McDonald’s expecting an easy meal come back with irritation and food poisoning.
Received my food order at second window almost immediately after paying then was told to wait in the #1 pull up spot for 3 drinks that took ten minutes. Get home to give our daughter her food and her eggs in her pancake meal are still runny and undercooked. My burritos eggs also under cooked. So you’re telling me you want me out with my food faster than my drinks just to give me and my family food poisoning.

Got a small strawberry milkshake, which costs around $4.90, and they even double checked my order and said “and a small shake?” They handed me a small strawberry smoothie, which is $2.90. Didn’t ask if I wanted the substitution like some people do.
