For starters, the man that was at the speaker was rushing us to order. Then when we got to the window, His altitude was horrible. He Pretty much threw the food out the window while sitting there waiting for our food we could hear people from the back horse playing!! We got the food We checked to make sure everything was there, but of course we didn’t open her wrapper. We got home to sit down to eat. We opened the bag and found a bitten taco with the sauce pack inside of it. It was the grossest thing ever it grossed us out! I can’t believe a franchise would allow this to happen to even come out the door. This place is really un no-no. We already weren’t really going because we had a bad experience once before management needs to step up their game and pay attention to who they’re hiring cause this is BS.

this place was amazing! Went through the drive-through had a beautiful customer service experience even though they were out of two items, they were very nice about it. We go up to the window. We’re having a great time. They’re having a great time. They hand us the food. The food is the best Taco Bell we’ve genuinely ever had. Had a crunch wrap and a Doritos Locos tacos just like ads. Have not tasted anything like this ever before. Was very impressed. Everything was amazing.

First off the car in front of me had to wait at the order speaker, bye the time I got to the speaker I was asked to hold. It had been 16 minutes waiting to order, by the time I got my food, it was 25 minutes to go through a drive-through with only one car in front of me. When I got to the window the Lady at the window collected the money, then turned with her back towards me and stood there for another five minutes before she took the next order.
I have never waited in a drive-through that long to order and get my food. It was 3:39 in the afternoon when I pulled into the drive-through 2-24-26

I asked for a grilled cheese chicken burrito extra grilled and extra fiesta chips. The lady read back my order correctly. When I got home I noticed the burrito did not have any grilled cheese on the outside and it had no chicken they added steak instead. They didn’t even add the extra fiesta chips. I looked at my receipt and they charged me for a grilled cheese steak burrito. The burrito had 3 small pieces of steak. My wife didn’t want to eat it because she doesn’t eat steak. It’s too late for me to go back and ask for another.

Quality of the food was outstanding! Very fresh and made neatly. Accidentally ordered from this location but went anyway instead of canceling the order, but will definitely be going back. Would be 5’s all around except they were out of large frozen drink cups. We got two smalls for the flavor we ordered as a small and then got one small of the flavor we ordered large.

I rode my Ebike through the drive-through because they didn’t have a bike rack to lock my bike up, then was told that I can’t ride through the drive-through anymore. They suggested I enter the restaurant and eat inside. But how am I to secure my bike? The hardshell taco supreme was good, I had to wait in the drive-thru about 10 minutes while 2 cars ahead of me we’re served.
