My boyfriend and I loved this place. If you have ever lived in a small town, this restaurant has that small town diner vibe. The staff knows the regulars and have fun at their jobs. We were seated at the bar so we could see a lot of the operations. The portions were big and the flavor was there. We will definitely be returning.

Great locally owned breakfast/lunch spot. Great selection of skillets and regular breakfast fare. I had the prime rib sandwich as a brunch meal. It had great flavor and wasn’t overcooked. Get here early for your favorite muffin. They go quickly. Expect to wait on weekend’s.

Came here last weekend and there was a line out the door. We were too hungry to wait I guess, and went next door for a sub par breakfast. Really wish we waited, because our breakfast this morning was outstanding. I had the best ham and cheese omelette ever. Seriously one of the best places I’ve been to in a while. Highly recommend. Daily specials. I live right down the road so I’ll be back soon. Service was great too. Thank you!!

I would rather go here as opposed to Village Inn. The staff is friendly, prices are nice and portions are good. We received our food in about 10 to 15 minutes. The seating was a little uncomfortable (not a complaint).

The food is really good, the service is great, and the portions are out of this world gargantuan. The prices are fine.
For instance, I chose Hungry Man, consisting of 3 perfectly cooked basted eggs, 2 wonderfully fluffy plate-sized pancakes, 2 thick sausage links, half order of biscuits and gravy and hash browns, for the variety. I would order it again, but I would ask for one egg, one pancake, and one link and still be happy to pay full price. They could modify it and call it Hungry Man Mini.
Hubby had the Meat Lover’s Skillet and could not finish it. Make plans to take home leftovers.
Breakfast is available the entire time they are open which is until 2pm. Normally we have a wait, but 11am on a Friday got us right in.
This place is popular and more than worth the high ratings it gets.

I did a pick up over the phone earlier this morning and customer service was great. Got there in-person and though they were slammed, they were very courteous and tending to everybody.
BUT…. I came here to say I got their Chicken Fried Steak and it’s one of the better, if not best, I’ve had.

Have eaten here many times. Today the 14th of February, was a complete dumpster fire.. had name on list, watched a few others put name on list, same amount of people, which was 2, get seated before we did. We looked at the list, and sure enough, 4 groups of 2 below our name got seated. We said something then got seated right away. Put order in….. 45 minutes still no food, server said she wasn’t sure what happened. This was our favorite spot for Saturdays, not sure what happened, but will most likely not return. I hope you guys get staffed or what ever fixed that caused obvious service issues.
