I ordered the new big arch burger and I just like to say who ever was in the kitchen and made it actually made it with a bit of care and heart. I know its unapatizing to see a man’s half eaten burger but what can I say, its actually pretty tasty. Ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes sub the sausage for bacon. Received just that. No napkins. No silverware. No syrup. No butter. After getting home and noticing this i drove back through the drive thru just to receive again no napkins. The syrup is punctured open on the top. I shouldn’t have to make multiple trips for this. This is ridiculous.

The majority of the time when we eat McDonald’s, the order is correct, the food is hot, and the service is fast. Recently, I got an order through the drive-through and when almost home, I realized they had given me Coke instead of Diet Coke. Easy mistake, but I called them just to let them know to be aware and the owner operators Tony & Gina Wolfe sent us a very nice apology letter. I will continue to visit this restaurant in the future.

Terrible service. Again!! You know you are in trouble when you get told to wait in numbered pickup spots. Ordered one frappe. 6 min still nothing. Lady that was told to park in pickup spot right after me was given several drinks and food. I go in. No one can give me my order or my money back. I walked out. Woman that was parked next to me didnt get what she ordered but………she had my frappe. So nice stranger gave me my order that was in her car. Typical lawrenceburg business plan I guess.

Traveling through town we were a little early for lunch so we only had coffee. One person was working the register but we had to wait until she was finished taking drive through orders before she acknowledged us. She was nice and efficient with our orders. There was a good size crew working behind the counter and the front was clean. The men’s room not so much. Coffee was hot and fresh!

If I could rate this place 0 I would, everytime I go through this McDonalds they are so rude, due to me hearing the employees complain about people not asking for sauce at the speaker cause “they don’t wanna pay” I always ask for sauce now at the speaker, the last two times I’ve went through there since then I still get no sauce in the bag, and when I tell them they always wanna get a attitude!! You would think this place getting bad reviews and calls it would change but it hasn’t!! Also food is always wrong and not good, fires always taste like they have sat there for a long time!! This is insane, DO BETTER OR GET ANOTHER JOB, working at McDonald’s can’t be to hard!!

I don’t know where to start. For a long time McDonald’s brand has really fell off in recent memory. One time I got a quarter pounder at a McDonalds in Florence and it saw so greasy it got on my shirt. Now I just got back from McDonalds at Lawrenceburg and didn’t get my fries, no straws, and the lobby was closed so I couldn’t get any, and on top of that the car line was so long it wasn’t worth going back to get them. If I could give 0 stars I’d try to give them -1 stars. No more money for this brand from me.

Pulled up to the first window to pay — the worker there was very polite and friendly. However, when I got to the second window to get my food, the worker handed me my order without saying a word — no “thank you,” “have a good day,” or anything. She just turned around and started talking to someone else. On top of that, my burger, which I specifically asked to have pickles on, had none. Very disappointing experience overall.

I ordered a smoothie Friday but after I paid they said they were sorry they were out she asked if I wanted something else which I didn’t I said I’d come back another day so I stopped in on my way to work today and the same lady was there not sure if she is a manager or what but she brought me out two and said she made me an extra one because she felt bad cause after I left she went back in and found some and she did apologize again she didn’t have to make me an extra one but I appreciate her going out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer and I am Thanks again to the young lady on the morning shift at the McDonald’s in Lawrenceburg Tn
