This is the worst location to place an order at . From the beginning to the end Bianca the manager was very rude I made it home and my red beans and rice and also my mashed potatoes was over cooked . My chicken looked like someone had bitten into one of my pieces. I immediately took the food back and yet again the same service and also the same thing with the food being like it was under a warmer all day.

Customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE. There were so many workers who all seemed to be doing whatever. They DON’T operate as a team. I ordered a boneless chicken kids meal and a 3 piece combo with an extra mash and gravy. They told me to park and wait as they were still preparing my food ended up completely forgetting about my order. I ended up going into the store after a good 15-20 mins of just waiting only to be treated like I didn’t just spend over $30. The lady who told me to park was the same one telling me she gave me my order when she 1 never came to my car and 2 gave an order next to the car she told to park next to me. They made the order and I went on my way only to find that my order was wrong they gave me TENDERS when I asked for CHICKEN WINGS. You would think after already COMPLETE forgetting about an order that they would’ve at least made the order correctly. I was absolutely disappointed with my entire experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The customer service here is hit or miss. About two weeks ago, I came in and an employee was trying to fight what appeard to.be manager. Last night, I had a mobile order, was initially told to come inside, then told I had to go through drive through ( at this point, I had been waiting for 10 minutes and now drive through was backed up). The employees had nasty attitudes when asked about my order. Overall, I spent about 40 minutes to get cold chicken. I contacted their hotline and have yet to get a response other than a general email indicating that they received my communication. Never Again, I sat there watching my order from outside and I was simply ignored.

The managers change, due to unhealthy and dangerous food practices like chicken being half done. but the service and the food hasn’t gotten any better, there is no seasoning one the chicken it doesn’t have any flavor what’s the point of telling people that y’all use 15 seasons to not put one on the chicken? I wasted my money and I will not be returning to this Popeyes because no matter what you do and how much you complain they show you daily they don’t care about their customers. They just want your money so don’t eat here if you don’t want to eat bland chicken, they took the chicken out The bag dropped in the flower and dropped it in the grease. There’s not a lick of salt or pepper on It. There is no amount of hot sauce or sparkle seasoning about to help that it gives lazy and I don’t care what I give u. they will give u anything. i complained before about my chicken it was half done this their normal I believe they been lazy and will not get any better the managers don’t care so the cooks and the employees don’t either it shows in the food and their attitudes you know it’s bad when you get spicy and it’s regular chicken

Placed an order for pick up for me and my kids but allegedly the order didn’t come through, even though everyone else order did. I chatted with customer service and they informed me to show my order to them and they will be able to fix it. Did they?? No! No type of help, no answers, just looks and nasty attitudes. They refuse to contact higher ups to address this issue. I’ll drive 30min if I want Popeyes. This location is the worse.

They’re charging waay too high for the food here. They don’t honor promotion prices as well. Chicken sometimes is cold and not fresh. Staff are rude, window is dirty. Two piece chicken with a chilled lemonade is $15 a 2 piece chicken by it self is $9.45. They can’t be foreal when the Popyes in the City of Chicago 2 piece and biscuit costs $5-$6 after taxes on a regular day. This is unacceptable!!!

I love Popeyes but this location is hit or miss. The service at times is horrendous for example yesterday I went in the lobby and placed and order. It took 25 minutes for my order to be ready… The food was OK but the service was bad. I’m an African American male and absolutely luv my people but a lot of times they simply lack in customer service. A smile or pleasantry can go along way when you have a substantial wait for your order.

Not very comfortable at all with cashier disappearing out of sight with my card. This happens frequently and when I mention this on occasion I’m meet with very disturbing actions. Plain and simple, you can scan my card in my presence and In sight. Soooooo shady!!!!
