I just received my order and I am missing my HOT HONEY CHICKEN SANDWICH and the one that was sent from the TWO I ordered had NOTHING on it. Regular spicy sandwich is what they sent. Missing sauces and also straws and napkins l. Happens more than once or twice. Old fries and chicken and everything that was sent!!

Long wait time in the drive thru: Took about 20-30 minutes in the line. Automatic responses about using rewards app today, stated no. Waited an additional 10-15 minutes before someone responded to go ahead with the order after inquiring if anyone was still there during the wait. When we rolled up to the window to pay, the employees back was turned away and looked very drowsy/potentially high based on his behavior. After receiving the bag with our food, part of the order was wrong based off the type of sandwich. The drinks were nothing but carbonation, the syrup or whatever flavor setup they use for the drinks was off which made them undrinkable. When my husband went to go in to let them know, the people assisting inside were very helpful, reviewed the receipt and fixed the order. Took about 10 minutes to fix the order which was fine. It wasn’t until I had my sandwich flipped over mid chew that I found mold on the bottom of my bun. It made me feel very disgusted and frustrated due to the wait, the order being wrong and now this.

Just went through this drive through and got the new grinch box. Got home to an empty sock bag. A employee definitely stole them. Had it folded so unless you pulled the bag out of the box and actually looked you’d never know they weren’t in there. Don’t go to this McDonald’s

We stopped here with our Church Youth Group around 9AM last Friday. We had 16 people with us and all went in to order our meal. Some of us used the kiosk, but most went to the counter.
First of all, this has to be the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been in. Not only that, the place was very nice on the inside. Even had a large sofa.
Food came out quickly, hot, and each order was correct! Three of us ordered the Steak, Egg, and Cheese Bagel and came to the consensus that is was the best one ever ordered by any of us.
Staff was super friendly and the manager was actively taking orders and running out orders.
All in all, this location stands apart from all the other McDonald’s I have ever visited and made for a great last stop on our trip to Panama City Beach!

Seems as though every time I come here, the frappe machine is always down. They will tell you that they’re cleaning it or it’s just not working and I know that is a well-known lie because my sister used to manager a McDonald’s and would tell people the machines are down just because they didn’t want to make them my husband who has a friend who is also a manager at McDonald’s says the exact same thing. They only tell people it’s down when they don’t want to make them because they don’t wanna have to clean the machine at the end of the day.

I can not even give stars. Spent 16 dollars and some change, placed order at drive thru. had to repeat order more than once, I said I wanted no onion extra pickles on my big mac. The special ticket says only mac sauce only onions, only shrd lettuce, and only amrcn cheese. My sandwich came with cheese and pickles only. I asked for no salt on fries, fries were old with salt and they made me pull over for my meal. My nuggets were old.They did not give straws for meals and fries just nasty.

Just bought a #1 breakfast meal. When I got to my doctor’s office I opened the bag and was going to eat. The mcmuffin was grainy like it had sand in it. I took one bite and spit it out. Had to throw everything away in fear it was glass. I won’t be going to this McDonald’s again. Maybe time to change restaurant chain. No breakfast for me today. The coffee is not as good as it used to be.

Food was mediocre. Customer service wasn’t even in the room. No one was working the front desk. Waited a good 40 minutes for my food. Another lady was waiting longer than us for a coffee… just a coffee. I watched workers taking personal phone calls while making food. I understand it was busy but gosh!

I would give zero Stars if I could. 10/4/25 around 6:30pm a lot of young kids working, not taking it seriously. They were not taking orders in the first Lane and instead of closing it off, they were allowing people to sit there & get angry until they figured it out for themselves. Then the young employees were laughing about it at the window. I emailed management, but doubtful anyone cares. I won’t go to that location again. Absolute horrible service! PS $10 for mediocre food of fries, 4 piece nugget & a drink is crazy.

Nice place but the employees dont have time to run the front counter . I had to place a online order to get anything but they never payed any attention to the front counter for more than 30 minutes . I only order a plain hambuger it just seems like they did not have time to talk to me and asked me about my order because I only ordered a very simple item and that was it after about 35 minutes exactly somebody brought me what I ordered out and there was 15 people behind me
