Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered online and got there 10 minutes later but ended up waiting 30 minutes for the food in the drive thru. Girl brings it out and I’m missing a drink and fries all she says is oh, didn’t say I’m sorry about that or anything just oh. Then she takes forever to come back and gives me the drink then goes to get the fries and takes longer. Food was okay but the service was awful the young girl they had on drive thru last night had an attitude and the lady walking things out to cars really should work on her reactions and learn some professionalism.

I love Whataburger and don’t get into town to eat there very often. The last time I went was last week and I used the drive-thru. I was very pleased with the customer service I received at not only the ordering speaker, but at the pay and pickup windows. Every employee I dealt with was friendly and professional. The food was delicious, as always. I had no issues at all and will definitely visit this Whataburger location in the future!

Why is it at practically all whataburger yall don’t know how to melt the cheese. Every time we go out to eat and visit a location the food or should I say the burgers always come out cold and cheese is never melted. Now I know why in and out is becoming popular in Texas. Step it up whataburger. Cold burgers is not a Texas want! Note our visits have lessoned due to cold food.

I specifically asked for prickly pear lemonade and whomever took the order charged me for a regular one. When I got to the pick up window they said I needed to pay the difference which I didn’t mind but she could not charge it and charged me more for a kids drink on top! Train your staff! Customer should not be paying more for your mistakes! Won’t be back again here.

Very clean but it was 16people in line waited until someone come out to take orders. Finally, guy come out and he took everyone and make me wait.. Only me. He is simply went back to the kitchen didn’t say one word like I’m invisible.. 5 years I use to work at Corporate store location How is Shift Manager could so unorganized for the night. You need to make sure that you have people cover Lobby! Everyone orders was wrong ..

We came through the drive through during dinner time around 8:55pm on 02/03/26. We ordered a number 8 just the sandwich plain meat and cheese only. When they read back the order it was correct, however, when we went to check our food our number 8 just the sandwich meat and cheese only it was incorrect and made all the way. We went inside to avoid the drive through and the experience was very negative. I simply informed the person at the register that we had just gone through drive through but our order was wrong I had the sandwich and our receipt. After the cashier informed the kitchen Anna came to speak to us regarding the mistake. I explained our number 8 was made all the way when it was meant to be plain she then proceeded to sigh and snatch the sandwich from my hand to then angrily throw it in the bin. She then proceeded to yell at the kitchen to double check the orders which I found inappropriate as it made myself and others uncomfortable. She turned a simple redo into an uncomfortable situation and made me feel like I was a burden for wanting my food made correctly.

The lady was rude and slammed the window while I was talking. The food was salty and cold. No silverware. Order was not correct. It was wasted food and money.
