The food is good and I didn’t have any problems with the service. But if you have an infant don’t eat here. They do not have a baby changing table in the restroom. Since this is a family restaurant and I’m sure many people with young children come here I can’t understand how difficult it would be to install one. There’s plenty of room in the women’s restroom. We’ll just go some else to eat and I recommend others do, too.

I was told that Braum’s was the place to try for great tasting burgers. So we ordered some burgers and fries. This was one of the yummiest burgers so I savored every bite along with the fries. I’m glad we stopped here on our way out back to Arizona.

I just ordered a chicken burger about 10 minutes ago, number 8 on the menu, and the chicken came raw or frozen, I couldn’t chew it, it felt like cardboard because it was so hard. I had all the right expectations, but I was disappointed. A terrible experience that cost me my money and now I’m left without lunch. I wouldn’t go back.

It was hot.We were visiting my daughter and heard the braums well, that’s a good place to get ice cream. So we went, I can’t say I was impressed. The ice cream was either or not cold enough to begin with or something. But we barely got outside, and it was dripping through the bottom. We ended up throwing half of it away because it was soup that the variety was lacking. Next, let’s to say, not my favorite experience

I can’t believe you would want people walking in your store to order food and see some of the dirtiest people in town. (not all but some) I would never eat there, especially the cook. Dirty pants, dirty shirt, terrible. Looks like he has worn the shirt for 2 weeks.

Pink and black mold growing in the ice machine in the lobby. staff was nice but this braums needs a deep clean it’s pretty gross the grocery part always has moldy produce the food is not fresh I’m always getting soggy chicken sandwichs or rock hard tenders please do better!
