I use the drive through and the cashier was rude and bothered for my request of not having salt on my fries and well cook. I have ordered fries before and the are not completely cook not only that I had ask for a large fries and got a medium but I still got charged for a large. So disappointed on how McDonald’s has decrease their standards on everything.

Have ordered from here maybe 4-5 times now and am unimpressed and frustrated every time. Mcmuffins are undertoasted, hashbrowns are undercooked, fries were cold. The people putting orders together don’t seem to care about serving guests in order. Wait times don’t make sense. Drive thru is over prioritized. Saw them frequently marking orders complete early while still working on them. Was passed up several times (and each time I go) by several folks with the exact same order. If you have another McDonalds close by go to that one instead.

I ordered on the app. I waited to go pick up my food until the app told me it was done. I sat in macdanolds for an additional 10 minutes after waiting for the food. They’re not very timely.

Truly surprised with this McDonald’s! They are redefining the service and scene. They just remodeled to a new cafe style and made multiple additions. Staff are friendly and polite and truly help serve you quickly. If it’s breakfast you want you got it! They had the inside closed for about 2 months for remodeling which was a bit tough but finally back to business. Thank you McDonald’s!

This place is alright. I live close by, so it’s the one i go to a lot. I always order in drive thru. They get orders wrong a lot. It has happened to me like 20 times to the point that I have to double-check my order before I leave. This location looks like it has a pretty high employees turn over and could be the reason why orders are wrong. Other than that, it’s a pretty average mcdonald’s. The video is the last time I ordered. I got all the buns at the bottom, haha. I thought it was pretty funny they wrap it like that.

No service inside. Maybe they are short staffed? Everyone is in the back kitchen area or drive-thru window. Napkins, ketchup, and straws are not automatically provided. Check you food before you leave the counter as they have a tendency to leave out an item.
The hamburgers I ordered had oil dripping from it. I had to dry them off with at least a dozen napkins. The lady gave me 2 napkins for each request I made. I made 6 trips to the counter to ask for napkins. The waiting time at the counter is at least 5 mins because there are no employees staying in the counter area.
This McDonald’s restaurant makes the most sad, depressing burger I’ve ever seen. Eating it made me feel so hollow, or maybe it’s the feeling from my arteries being clogged up with McDonalds high cholesterol food.

Do not come here for a late night meal (happened around 9pm yesterday). First off, the Female manager here was so rude! I don’t know if it’s because the drive-thru line was long and a lot of people were also doing pickup at door too but it did not give her the right to take that stress out on us. I don’t know if she was trying to be funny but because I wasn’t dressed to the best way when I told her her attitude was nasty towards my mother and can I Get bbq and ranch sauce she asked me if I needed an application and she close the door back. I continued to stay there and wait for the ranch and barbecue sauce and told her I would be back up here that next morning but I took it out of my hands to contact the higher ups. They also gave my sister this raw burger, and as she was eating it she found out it was raw. Truly disgusting. I will be contacting everyone and everybody able to get this settled until it’s settled.
