Wendy’s Hot and Juicy Burgers. Established in Columbus, OH in 1969. They are seventh to be reviewed out of 14. Criteria will be the same. Signature double burger, large fry, and strawberry milkshake.

Staff was diverse, had fairly clean uniforms and kept mostly busy.

Although there was no cashier at the counter, I was quickly helped by the drive thru Cashier, who was friendly and accurate.

Food came out really Fast.
Fries were not Hot, as they were scooped out of the fry bin. Lightly salted. Many short pieces. But good potato flavor.

Dave’s Double w/ cheese, was made to order. Perfectly assembled, hot and fresh. However the beef patties had no flavor whatsoever. Almost tasted fake. Where’s the beef…flavor?

The Frosty was very thick as they are famous for. But this review required a drinkable shake. Lacking real dairy taste, mixed with syrup.

The dining room had many dirty tables, floor was clean and clear of any debris and trash cans and enclosures were fairly clean.

The condiments were limited to Catsup only dispensers. Very well organized, but the counter needed cleaning. Little waste.

This location lacks cleanliness standards. They rely on the customers to order their food via touch screen stations. These station screens were all filthy from other customers fingerprints.
Wendy’s has apparently learned nothing from the COVID period.

In the 1980’s Wendy’s was my go to fast burger choice. I loved the Big Classic burgers with their fresh Kaiser buns. Which they no longer have. I hope they can improve. Ultimately it falls to the franchise owner to make it happen.

I love Wendy’s but every time my family goes through the drive through they screw up our order. My husband just got home with biggie bags and none of them have sauces that we asked for. This happens all the time. The food is good and the employees seem nice enough, but I think they have only gotten our order right once in 2 years.

GOODBYE jack in the box HELLO WENDYS!!! I ordered the potato with bacon and cheese. I was thinking like wedges and the other fake stuff. Nope i got a baked fresh potato, with real cheese and bacon. I was in heaven. Staff was awesome and quick with my order. Will be coming back.

The spicy chicken sandwich was terrible, they way over cooked it or it was so thin it was mostly breading. Inedible. It was the lunch rush so they weren’t friendly either.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. The staff at this Wendy’s were helpful and professional, but the female manager was the complete opposite. From the moment she interacted with me, her body language and tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. She carried herself with an attitude that suggested customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority.

What made it worse was how little effort she put into resolving the situation. Instead of leading by example or ensuring the issue was fixed properly, she brushed it off and left it to her staff to handle. To their credit, the crew was polite and respectful, but that professionalism wasn’t reflected by the manager herself.

In my experience, a manager should set the standard for their team, not lower it. Unfortunately, her approach left a very negative impression, and it made me feel like my business didn’t matter.

Ordered a salad and beverage through drive thru window and intended to meet a friend at the park for lunch. When I arrived at my destination I was disappointed that I wasn’t given a straw or napkins. I also was not provided with a receipt. Please train better!

we went to get an online order the easiest thing ever, not only did they take forever they didn’t even cook our food all the way, so maybe the workers should be more focused on work than looking like wendy’s long lost cousin, the huskier ladies in your service line need a lot of help.. couldn’t even say one thing to us like hey how’s your day going, literally not one word

Horrible! The bottom of the bun was CAKED with a quarter inch of flour, inedible! The fries were cold and limp, we were shorted an item we paid for and were given 1 straw for 2 drinks.
Tried calling, no answer, lobby was not open and did not have time to sit in the huge drive through line again.
Absolutely pathetic. Avoid this location. Obviously do not care about their Customers!
