My husband and I went through the drive through on Jan 1. The employee taking the order was very courteous. The service was quick and the employees were very friendly. But best of all, the food was DELICIOUS and the order was CORRECT!

I should’ve known when I walked in and the floor in the ordering area was greasy/slippery that my first adventure at Jack’s was not going to be great. Customer service was ok, not super friendly. Food was ok but remains to be seen if that comes back to bite me. Restaurant itself was disgustingly dirty. The slippery when wet signs were covered in dirt, all the chairs and table legs had built up filth about 3 inches up each leg. Walls were dirty where repeated hands had touched them. The bathrooms were just as bad. Floors were slippery/greasy in here as well. Paper all over the floor but none to wipe your hands with. I used the handicap stall and the tiles next to grab bar were dirty.
The entire restaurant needs a deep clean. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review or I would’ve taken photos.

My wife and I dined at the Dadeville, Al.Jacks last night at 4:45pm.We should have left when we saw how filthy this facility was inside and out.While placing our order, we were informed by the young cashier that they were out of fries and honey mustard for our chicken. We both wanted an apple pie and there was only one left in the rack. After finding a clean seat and table, we realized that we were not given a biscuit that should have come with the meal. We returned to the counter and I think we were given the last biscuit on the rack. Chicken fingers were extremely small. We left hungry after spending $18, came home and made a sandwich. When Jack’s first opened in Dadeville, it was very well managed. We will not be back and are very disappointed in the restaurant, since we live here.

Every single time I go to this restaurant I’m told that they do not have what I want when I can clearly see that they’re standing around doing absolutely nothing. Tonight was the topping on the cake I will never go back to Jack’s in Dadeville Alabama again Christian Thomas or whatever your manager’s name was that night is a cocky little I won’t say the word but when I go order your promotional meal 3 days in a row and they don’t have it because they’re not working inside there they’re standing around talking is unacceptable I told her she’s going to take my order for something else and she tells me McDonald’s is across the street you can go there you are losing money you are losing customers that’s eating there for years you are losing all kinds of support from this community because of the people that you have working in that restaurant that does not want to work how’s the weather it’s a milkshake whether it’s a double cheeseburger whether it’s a piece of chicken or whether it’s now your promotional country rib sandwich they always tell me they do not have what I want

I ordered a 2 piece chicken breast dinner, got it home today to realize that the chicken breast didn’t have any breading on them, the chicken was dry, the biscuit was so freaking hard I couldn’t eat it! The black girl that took my order took 15 minutes to get it ready and I saw her take some old biscuits from underneath the pan from the fresh biscuits and put it in my box! I have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes now with no answer! I am pissed! The woman who took my order needs to be fired! Pathetic customer service and disgusting food! Barely any potatoes and gravy! I’m not going to eat anything else from this place anymore!

Filthy exterior around the drive through. When brought up to the drive through staff I was informed that they were short staffed that day. I told them it looks like it’s months worth of trash, dirt, dropped money and it’s not a one day thing. They shrugged it off and could t have cared less. It was so nasty that I wouldn’t even touch the money laying on the ground and there was quite a bit there. One would think exterior appearance might signify what the interior or the food hygiene might be like.

More service I ever received order was all wrong.Spent $34 and still to this day.Haven’t received the ice coffee and didn’t receive a refund or my mail.Fixed very disappointed.I would not suggest this restaurant to anyone.

Absolutely the most disgusting Jacks I have ever stepped foot in. There was trash and food all over the floor, only two clean tables in the whole restaurant, trash cans were over full and the bathroom was Disgusting. We will never step foot back into this Jacks.
