We tend to stay away from this location due to the inconsistency, after a while I figured I’d give it a try again due to being on this side of town.

Online order, black beans are absolutely disgusting.

I came in a few months ago and they were out of fajita veggies because of a fundraiser so I started going across the street to Qdoba because they had veggies that day. I thought I would give them another try today because I do like the flavor a little better. Guess what? Sold out of fajita veggies at 4:40 pm on a Friday before dinner even starts. Guess I’ll be sticking with Qdoba.

It was my first time on September 6 2025 and I was with my wife,mind you she has loved chipotle until we went to Kokomo Indiana. We are residents of Kokomo and when we went in ordered our food it looked like the place hasn’t been cleaned in 2 days. There was food on all the tables the floor had food scraps everywhere and the trash was over flowing, and there was no inside when we went in. Not to mention where you order at the counter where the food is was disgusting had old food and dried hard rice and meat sitting on the slab. It was the worse experience I have ever had and I told this place was awesome and to my knowledge and understanding it was nasty. Half a ⭐!!!!

I gave one star because they were open. I walked in about 7:30pm. They close at 9pm. They were out of tomatoes, there were a few grabs of lettuce which was wet! The brown rice was soggy/over cooked or something. And the rest of the food line looked like it sat out all day unattended. The meat… won’t discuss that but it was suppose to be Carne Asada. 4 people working but they were clearly trying to tear down to close. In between me trying to order one of the girls was telling what she needed to do and how to close. The other girl was a bit rude….like I’m taking up her time…oh and the sour cream..un huh. I don’t even know why I purchased…but I was hungry and hadn’t eaten all day and I wanted somthing fresh…big mistake. That’s strike 3 for me. I spent $18 and donated the glob to the trash can. Done with the’ole Chipotle…in Kokomo. Merry Christmas.

Again (for more times than I can count) they were out of fajita veggies. I’m on a strict diet,so I skip rice,corn salsa,etc but add extra fajita veggies (my favorite). But the main complaint is the fact that I was handed my to-go order without anyone mentioning that there were no fajita veggies in my order. I asked and then they talked to me about them, but just basically saying they were out. Also, is there no way to turn off the veggie option when you order online from their back end system? I am editing this review and lowering the score because it not only has happened so many times, but also I would have just waited it until I got home to notice because no one bothered to write on the bag or tell me.

I love their food, but they are constantly out of fajita veggies and the price is a little high. I’ve had to go in and order because when I order through the app, my order is missing something 50% of the time. With all of that said, when the order is right, the food is delicious. The staff are mostly friendly and the restaurant is normally clean. I’d give them a higher rating if they’d manage their inventory better to have more ingredients stocked more often.

Often busy but the food can be made decently fast and remotely healthy if you pick the right combo of items to eat. Regardless it’s a clean cooking area and unfortunately the dining area can slack from time to time with cleanliness

I love this Chipotle because 1 they make sure they fill my bowl up and dont skimp on portions. 2 place is clean and tidy, 3, Amanda Huntsman kicks butt, sometimes its just her there on the line putting together meals and then working the register calm collected.. She’s fast and friendly I sure hope she is recognized for what she does here in this Chipotle.

What’s not great is NOT having a baby changing table in the restroom. Parents shouldn’t have to pick between changing their baby on a dirty restroom floor, in the car when it’s freezing outside, or exposing their baby to a restaurant full of people. All of those options suck. Please put a changing table in both restrooms. Dads change diapers too.

Prices to dine in for Mexican has become very pricey. Chipotle is our favorite Mexican to take home! They have a great choice in meats and toppings made right in front of you. You can choose from a HUGE bowl or make it into a burrito, with chips and dip and plenty of drink options. We absolutely love their food and have never had one complaint!

Kokomo Chipotle at Markland Mall needs to do better on their online order pickups. I ordered this chicken bowl with double the chicken, as well as rice, salsa, shredded cheese, and Queso. Close to half of the bowl was missing. I don’t tend to gripe about portions, but when I’m paying $15 for your food, the least you could do is fill the bowl.
