It’s McDonald’s so it met my low expectations. I trying the McDonald Land Milkshake (I may be messing up the name of it) — a pink & blue milkshake. If you’re looking for “sweet” then this is for you. I imagine this attracts children by its appearance but the taste is subpar. I couldn’t accurately figure out the flavor — one sip tasted like bubble gum while the next sip tasked like cotton candy. Unfortunately, there weren’t a lot of sips before I trashed it m. Don’t waste your money on this purchase.

PLEASE tell me how this McDonald’s cannot get a single order right. We asked for a hamburger with pickles only, I was told they don’t have plain hamburgers and when I broke the order down simple I was asked if I wanted a cheese burger all the way with no meat patty. HOW do you get that when all we asked for was a hamburger with only pickles. Then they gave us a meat patty with cheese, one pickle and no buns. A mcchicken plain and it had the same things a cheeseburger would have on it. The list goes on. I don’t understand how simple orders get messed up

1 star only because 0 or less isn’t an option. Absolutely horrible on all aspects. Ordered 3 combo meals in the drive thru. Got the ever so famous could you please park and we will bring it out to you. 15 minutes later get the food and go home 5 minutes away. drinks have no ice in them which is becoming more and more common in the last year or 2. they only give you just enough ice to have a couple little pieces floating at the top. nuggets cold and tough as leather. fries were ice cold and mushy almost as if they were thawed on the counter and dropped in the fry box on all 3 meals, not to mention the fact there were maybe enough fries between the 3 orders to complete 1 order. both of the burgers were luke warm at best. the customer service and quality of food is the reason i have only been to this location about 10 times in the last 5 years and i only go there when really hungry and its the only place still open. each visit being worse than the last. i absolutely do not recommend and will probably starve before i return.

In the app we asked for an order to be brought to table 122. We waited 25 minutes and they didn’t bring the food order and I went to ask at the front of the counter. They told me that the food was there at the counter. I told them that the food was cold because it had been at the counter for 20 minutes. The Mexican lady who served was very rude and said that there was no table 122 at that McDonald’s. The lady said that she didn’t care. I told her we would file a complaint with the corporation that she didn’t care. The potatoes they gave me afterwards were very burnt and hard. This restaurant is disgusting. I don’t recommend it at all.

I ordered the Big Mac Grinch meal, but got the nuggets instead. Not a huge deal, but I don’t like McDonald’s nuggets. The staff weren’t rude, but it was close. They appeared annoyed at having to serve customers.

Slow inside service. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee. That’s all I ordered. Lots of employees standing around with one or two other inside customers. Plus the bathroom was dirty. Don’t bother with this McDonald’s if you are traveling on 40. The Warsaw one is just as bad too.

I don’t eat there myself, but my wife and kids eat there often and the Happy Meals seem to be good most of the time but the Big Macs and other burger’s buns and meat were cold and hard. My wife’s last order on 12/03/2016 was a Big Mac and the beef paddies were very dark and tuff. The french fries were raw and not cooked.

I would never recommend going here. When my family and I showed up we were immediately overwhelmed and surrounded by flys! They were everywhere and I was scared that they had flown into the food as well. After that we ordered and the person taking our order did not say a word and was not paying attention, looking like he might have been under the influence. Once we ordered and sat down there were other costumers making other complaints to the workers that they didn’t receive all of their orders and were upset with customer service. Once we got our food we realized we had not received all of our food as well. After 20-30 mins of telling the workers, and having to raise some voices a bit, they finally gave us our food as we had ordered it. The fries that I got were barely even full. This was a hassle and I will never go here again. The customer service, food, and environment were not at all up to par. Yet again, I would never recommend going here at all!

Ordered food and sat in drive thru for 20 min and go inside and my food is on counter because they want to play instead of work I ordered large ff and med. Ff and I asked for large ff and the boy asked if I was going to pay for it I got my receipt and showed the so called manager and she brushed me off like o was in the wrong I wish someone would contact me about this situation this is the second time
