This is unfortunately the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve given this location three chances, and each visit has been disappointing.
The wait times are consistently very long, and the drinks are almost never made correctly. On my most recent visit, I had to throw away a $7 Venti drink because it tasted that bad.
It’s really disappointing because this store is in such a convenient location, but the quality and consistency just aren’t there. I truly hope this location receives additional training and support, because it has a lot of potential but is falling short.

Honestly i shouldn’t kindly request for my drink to be correct, I get mistakes happen but I’ve notice this place the drinks just don’t taste right. To the left is a chocolate caramel from the Starbucks at REDONDO BEACH & NORMANDIE My favorite Starbucks here being local. & to the right, it’s a “salted caramel cold foam cold brew” and yes I know I drank a lil bit already but that VERY THIN LINE is the foam. If you know you know the foam dissolves slowly. & I’ve notice people underneath saying the same thing with their drinks either too little or way too much when requested. I repeat the one on NORMANDIE & REDONDO NEVER FAILS ☺️

Matcha iced has to much ice. There’s barely any matcha mix in the drink. It’s a bit of a rip off.

Good replacement is 4000 W Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90304. Amazing customer service, way cleaner environment and no discrimination.
Also To add to my last review. The shift manager (big guy in second pic) allowed and awarded his (first photo bad attitude) bad behavior by not coming to the window to apologize or anything and letting me sit there while they all walked away. Clearly wanting me to be a stereotype and make an issue but Ieft and found way better. Bye they earned a $5 tip . But as for this location on Crenshaw !!, I will never spend my money at this anti black trans Starbucks again

Such nice, prompt, polite service. & this location is super busy all the time. They have a drive trough. App orders. But everyone has a smile on & brings their A game to work.

I went into this Starbucks to use the restroom. The cashier asked me if I bought something or was I going to buy something. I told her I wasn’t intending on buying anything yet. That is mainly because I wasn’t intending focused on shopping at DD’s next door. I just wanted to use the restroom before I started browsing. She told me that it was policy that I buy something and suggested berries. I refuse to shop anywhere I’m not given the common courtesy to use the restroom without being forced to buy something on the spot. Me having to relieve myself is something beyond my control. Had they allowed me to use the restroom, I would have walked back to purchase some hot chocolate, but since Starbucks has a rude policy only in “certain areas”, I will no longer be shopping at any Starbucks. If a business doesn’t allow past customers and potential future customers the courtesy of releasing themselves in their restroom, don’t buy there. This has to stop. I have bought from Starbucks for years and this is the way I’m treated. This is NOT good business.

Great service and my orders are always correct!!! Clean stores and always neatly decorated for the different holidays. The best part is even if the drive thru line is long, it won’t be a long wait. 5 stars and worth every buck!

Very weird atmosphere here. I came through the drive-thru like I usually do during the week when a light skinned Black girl with dark hair by the name of Rivanh or something like that…she came at us very rudely through the intercom. She kept talking over my dad and would hardly let him finish our order. We’ve been through this drive thru a ton of times and never had this happen or encountered this woman. Once we reached the window, she forgot what our drink was and kept staring at us, making faces, and turning to talk to a short Hispanic female with extremely long lash extensions who was making our drink. I understand that she was probably new and didn’t know what she was doing but she was talking to the other female barista about 100 miles per hour about nothing and getting our stuff wrong. We were watching the drink be made when the light skinned Black girl decided to block our view and then she handed us our stuff. And proceeded to gossip with the other barista. Is a professional environment old school now? I don’t get this and do not feel comfortable with her making any of my drinks in the future. I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere.

The drive thru is open at 4:30am but you cannot walk up until 5am. The online posted hours are misleading if you are a pedestrian.
