This was my first time inside this Chick-Cil-A. I have attempted to get something here other times, but the place gets slammed by customer demand. I’ve seen the parking lot completely taken up by cars positioning themselves for the drive through lanes and leaving no spaces for people to go inside. I’ve also seen lines of cars down the street and around the corner all the way back to the interstate highway. Those times, I gave up, and went so where else. Today, I arrived at 10:30 and couldn’t believe how peaceful the store was! The parking lot was accessible and (I was the only person at the counter ordering. The food is typical Chick-Fil-A fare….tastes good, but watch the sodium, it’s high here (even the salad is loaded with sodium), and that’s not good. The employees are among the nicest, most polite and professional anywhere and extremely efficient. We died in peace and got refills of our drinks without waiting forever or dealing with mobs of people. 10:30 is the time to arrive here. By 11:00, it was getting busy and that’s a good time to get back on the road.

Stopped at Chick-fil-A in Kingsland right off I-95 during a road trip.
Great service. Anna was very attentive taking my order — she clarified sauces and kindly provided hot water since I prefer hot drinks.
Jeremiah also brought water to the table, which I appreciated.

I usually love this location but when I got home and opened my Mac n cheese it looked like it was already half way eaten, not saying anyone did but very disappointed.

The drive thru wasn’t super fast but the food was delicious & fresh. The number 2 thing that made me want to go back was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I have kids & what I seen was amazing. I’ve definitely accidentally left wipes and/or diapers at home & been in severe need. This is amazing & so very thoughtful.

Really easy and quick even though busy. They only got 4 stars because they gave me 2 fries instead of 1, didnt read my order back or Id have caught that, and my southern tea was weak as dishwater. Literally tasted like dirty water not tea. The excellent service at the window while I waited was for the chicken soup being placed in a regular cup so that I could drink it while I drove and she even smiled and said no problem!

My wife and I went to the drive through at Chick-fil-A around 6:45 PM, the young man taking the orders had no menu when we asked to see one. The food we ordered was good. There was not enough fries in the box. If I pay for fries I expect enough fries to filled the box.

Who doesn’t love chic fil a? It’s good every time. My only complaint it that this location is always packed. We need a 2nd location. The drive thru does not operate as intended. It is show compared to other some locations we’ve been to.

I ordered the chicken wrap, and I told the cashier lady that I wanted the ranch inside of the wrap so it wouldn’t be so damn dry when I eat it so when I finally got my wrap. Well, they didn’t listen, so guess what. It was dry as hell. And I mean that wrap was as dry as a Popeyes biscuit.

This is the slowest CFA I’ve been, they have two lanes but one for drive thru and one for mobile orders. They are both slow. Don’t waste your time if you order by app. Never coming back.
