Stopped at this burger king yesterday in the afternoon on my way to ruidoso and they gave us fries from the day before and just refried them they tasted exactly how they looked and threw them out, they say you can have it your way at BK and unfortunately I did not get it my way cause I specifically asked for certain condiments im allergic to be removed from my burger and they still added those condiments on there had to throw burger away. The service was great and the restaurant looked clean.

Been here several times and they always do a great job! Especially like the manager Monica, who is always on top of everything with a smile on her face. She really knows her stuff and even helps me with my app when I need help! One of my favorite fast food places and Alamogordo.

The best fast food restaurant we have visited maybe ever? Staff was friendly, service was fast, and the restaurant was spotless. We thought they were closing because they were mopping floors and cleaning walls. Nope! Just staff keeping things clean in between customers. All BKs need to be run this way.

I’d give them a -5 if possible honestly. My friend ordered $80 worth of food to be delivered to our home, it was well over an hour and he go no update or notification that it was even accepted by doordash. He called Burger King and they said it was doordashes fault and if he wanted the food remade he would have to pay for it again. He called doordash and they have 0 log of an order even being placed tonight through his account. Which means either they were too lazy to make it, or they made it without connecting it to be a pick up and someone stole it. They refused a refund, they refused to remake the food unless he paid for it AGAIN, and when they were told they would be sued for this negligence the manager tried to weasel his way out of continuing the conversation. Either way its 150% Burger King’s fault and they need to make it right!! WILL NEVER EAT OR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!

I placed my order online on the Burger King app about 35 minutes before they closed and although I pulled up at the drive thru window at 10:55pm (they close at 11pm) the employee at the window was still super friendly and even joked around with my husband. I was pleasantly surprised they weren’t irritated by the late order even though I could tell the employee was tired.
The food was good, it was still hot and tasted delicious. You can’t go wrong with a Whopper! I’ll choose BK over McDonalds any time. Anyways, if you order on the app you can earn reward points to cash in for free food. They also have deals and offers there that you won’t find if you order at the actual restaurant.
All in all, good experience.

Alright so the customer service was good..they were friendly and polite but, I ordered their new classic melt. After getting home I see the burger. Tiny, extremely small. Also not on sourdough bread. I thought that was the point of the sandwich. I paid $10.56 for the medium meal. Don’t get me wrong, that’s not a lot but this looks smaller than a jr whopper. And it’s not even the right sandwich.

Specifically ordered the new chx sandwich on an everything roll, no tomatoes….. and here’s what I got. plain roll (not even sesame!) WITH TOMATO! So now I not only have to check that I got everything on my order, now I have to open them to make sure it’s correct! So much for having it your way!

Had called ahead for a collection they have and they do have it in stock. So I made an order to get the collection. Didn’t get the new release that came out so I decided to go in and ask. But they said they wouldn’t sell it till they got rid of their old one. Even though I specifically asked for it. Food has definitely gone down hill in quality over the years. They fixed this place up but it’s so empty. They also couldn’t find my order right away and had to give my name several times. Lady at the window seemed upset at me when she did hand me my food. Pretty disappointed in my experience and I’ll not be giving my money to them any time soon. Other places have better food and service.
