Carlos was our server and he was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and fully dialed in. The food matched his level of service, which says a lot. Everything came out perfectly prepared and right on time.
If you go, absolutely try the Salmon Frittata and the Salmon Benny — both were amazing and packed with flavor. Easily some of the best brunch dishes I’ve had in a while.
Great food, great service, great experience. Highly recommend.

I ordered pancakes of course and my husband order biscuits and gravy- I was impressed….
Definitely, going back sometime in the future…
P.s. we sat outside which was really wonderful but I did wish that outside patio was a little but care for….
First Watch brought the heat—without even trying.
Jordan had the table locked in before we finished sitting down. Sweet teas hit the table full, stayed full. Straight Arnold Palmer action on tap, zero delay, zero bullshit.
Nick went classic with the Trad w/ Meat. Eggs, bacon, and crisp potatoes that actually had some char. None of that soggy diner sadness. And the Million Dollar Bacon? Sticky-sweet glaze with a cayenne slap. Lives up to the name—no lie.
I ordered the Double Bacon Parmesan Hash. Real talk? I’d eat that for dinner. It was cheesy, smoky, crispy, and had enough arugula to pretend it was healthy. Everything on that plate was working overtime. Felt like breakfast royalty.
Booth was clean. Service was tight. Food was fire. This wasn’t breakfast—it was first fire.
Would hit again. Next time: double down on the bacon.
