First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. A bit pricey but usually worth it. Maria, was great. Met our needs.
I tried the dbl bacon and egg hash. Eggs over medium. It was tasty but not certain I’d order again. Wife has Florida French toast which she always enjoys.

A great restaurant I am here for the second day in a row although I didn’t really want to visit this system gastronomy surprised me positively today Caroline served me and also the service on New Year’s was mega friendly and I am thrilled. All employees radiate and act positively from the mood. I think it’s someone’s birthday… just nice to experience such a positive vibe for the start of the year.

We had the million dollar bacon and it was 2 million! The BEC sandwich was fresh and had a hint of spice on sourdough bread that was to delicious! Million dollar potatoes were a hit! Cheese grits were good not great. Overall I would recommend and would return!

This is a wonderful breakfast / brunch spot. My husfriend and I were Hilton Head visitors. The food was very tasty and delicious. Great wait staff and a nice clean atmosphere where there’s also outside seating. I will definitely bring my family here when we visit again!

We returned to Hilton Head for a quick little getaway in December. Stopped in for breakfast and I wanted to try the ‘Morning Meditation’ juice. The eggs were fluffy, the grits were hot, toast great, bacon very tasty and THAT JUICE was the talk of my morning. I experienced a spurt of energy and a happy gut! The staff is great

First time coming to this amazing breakfast place. The food was excellent the atmosphere it’s great you can sit outside or inside. Definitely recommend this place.

We stumbled upon this breakfast spot. The menu is unique. We had traditional breakfast platters upgraded with million dollar bacon and gluten free toast. Staff brings a carafe of hot coffee and ice water to table. The bacon and potatoes were delicious. Definitely recommend.

This place has seen better days. There is mold on the ceiling tiles, the staff was hanging out in the kitchen, we waited a long time for the server to greet us. We were sitting right in front of where the staff was congregating. The food was good, but not the quality it was a year ago. This used to be our go to place, but not any longer. Thought we’d try again, but we will skip it going forward.

Unfortunately, The last time that we went there was a server that probably shouldn’t work there. Terrible at customer service had like an Ukraine accent I can’t remember her name.
