People at this location need to learn how to treat customers. Drive threw lady needs to learn how to use the speakers. I was at the other drive threw lane furthest from the building. 2-3 cars went ahead of me that I was infront of prior. Mcdonalds should put a sign up if tht lane goes last. I skipped to the window because I thought the machine was not working as I was not being served. The lady at the drive threw asked why I skipped the line.. When she in fact allowed 2-3 customers that were behind me to skip me. I understand fast food workers work for low wages and long hours. But I will not be coming back to this location even though I have came here since I was a child. A horrible crew can ruin the atmosphere of the buissness. This happened a 6:34pm. Never usually have this issue.

Staff are bizarrely undertrained or just high while working. I would love to say many times my food from here is missing something, but it’s actually just every time. Any time I order more than 1 meal (I have kids so that’s every time) they mess up the order almost entirely. The amount of times I have ordered a sprite but got root bear as a substitute is also alarming. The Manager should be keeping some form of quality control, as most restaurants have this fail safe in place, but seemingly they are fine with their workers ripping people off by not giving them the right orders. I will also say I don’t order during a rush, usually when there’s a lull in the day, and still my order comes messed up.

True Detroit McD Nicest crew I ever did meet. Great old school system and great managers. Glad I stopped in amd git the buy 1 get 1 for $1. Food was fast amd fresh.

The employees never care! It’s like they have “lack of empathy” on their job requirements. Their attitudes are always rude and they know how to package up your stuff like it’s not theirs, missing everything you need to eat and drink with…… like can we do better as human beings??

Horrendous Customer service all the management has attitudes, It’s not that busy to make everyone else’s day start off horrible, I can’t think of a time that it hasn’t failed and I’ve yet gave it another shot because it’s on my way to Work that a simple hash brown well done crispy is so hard to comprehend. Pulled up this morning was handed a bag right away knew it wasn’t gonna be Grab the bag and gave it back and told her I asked for a well done crispy and she goes. What are you mean There’s only one in there. I said I asked for them well done They grabbed the bag they told me to pull around then Sit behind the building for 14 minutes, having to honk the horn and grabbing an employee before I get my food just to get my food the same way it was given to me the first time.
Pure laziness people work hard for their money, And not to mention the fact that everything is coded in seed oil You would think to at least train your employees and your management staff to at least make the customers experience Worth coming back.

Took my order, waited 5 minutes for the line to move at all. Finally got to the window and no one came for 5 more minutes. Kid sat looking at his phone. Said he didn’t have any receipts to give me, it was out of paper. Picked up my order, half full drink, said they had no ice! Couldn’t give me a receipt cause it wasn’t working… Half my order was wrong and missing! So mad. They were all rude! And the food that was there was cold. Terrible.

This is now the third time I’ve ordered through the Mickey D’s app. When I get to this location it’s like they don’t even know you’re there. I sat there for 10 minutes before somebody came out but they came out to give the food to somebody who pulled up after me. I counted 15 cars go through the drive-thru while I waited for my order made at my house 10 minutes away then proceeded to wait 10 minutes at the restaurant. My Big Mac look like somebody dipped it into the entire Big Mac sauce bucket. The sandwich was uneatable. Second bad experience within the last 2 months

Go to this location often. Very satisfied with food. But suddenly almost every visit requires that you pull aside to get order. Hard to back out of parking spots when others are in line for the drive thru.
