Food is ok, too much ginger that it is super spicy. The seating situation is non-existent (you gotta stand and slurp! Not a combination of verbs I thought I’d ever use for food!) Service is a bit rude (they don’t bother to say anything just slammed the bowl onto the stand). How was I supposed to know it was my noodle versus someone else’s?! The broth is ok, authentish (not authentic, authentish).

Honestly I eat here multiple times a week it’s one of my favorite ramens spots ever! Yessi the chef makes all her food with love and great attention. You can tell she loves what she does and you can taste it. Everytime she makes my ramen it’s a 10/10! I get the vegetarian ramen bowl. She always deserves a tip she’s amazing! It’s vegan friendly!

The food was delicious freshly made right in front of you by the cooks. We had the spicy Maze-men, Vegetarian ramen and Edemame. The vegetarian ramen was nice & hot & well season for my taste. My daughter had the Spicy Maze-men it’s a bit too spicy for her she said the meat had a good taste and it was not hard (she just lost 2 teeth, 2 days ago that had her consern of eating meat). The unique experience of eating standing can be surpassed as the food was good and I shared the meals with he daughters. The atmosphere is cozy.

Got the tonkotsu and the pork maze-men and it was fantastic. The cha-siu was perfectly grilled, I added a bowl of rice to the dry ramen once I finished my noodles which is a must. Overall amazing dining experience, staff was super friendly as well!

This place used to be solid but it’s mid now. I remember the ramen broth being amazing when they first opened but it tastes muddled and is over seasoned now. the standing room only situation didn’t used to bother me because I liked the food but now I see no reason to return.

The ramen here was so good! It’s standing only, but that was great for lunch since I’m usually sitting all day. Great little ramen spot!

This is the second time I’ve added extra pork/chashu and they’ve failed to deliver. That’s 10 bucks plus tax/tips that I dont get to even savor. By the time you leave and get home to eat, whats the point of going back.

This place okay, I heard great reviews had to try it, been going to different ramen places and this one was one of the ones that was on the list. It’s in front of the market place. Let me tell you it took us 10min to find it. It’s literally in front of the market sign. Next to a juice store I think. It’s really small inside, first come first serve to get a space to set your plates on the board. It is pretty expensive, you have to order on a tablet or your phone. I recommend the lobster ramen, don’t know if it did have lobster or it was shrimp but it was a little piece. I recommend you try it it’s okay worth it just to try it. Feels like you are in Japan because of the space and the kitchen you can see them fix up your plates.

I usually I get served fast regardless if its packed or not. I was in here for 40 minutes For 1 bowl. Absolutely unacceptable service. The cook was visibley distracted. And preparing dishes noticeable slower than what i am used to seeing. Thanks for ruininning valentines day. I expect better next time
