Golden Dragon bar and grill is an excellent place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Ms. Boss Lady is an excellent hostess. We enjoyed our meal and will return again. The sports bar and restaurant is designed to support our local teams. Go Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. They offer an early hour $9.99 deal on any dine in Chinese meal. That was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the evening hour Chinese meal BOGO ( buy one get one) is an exceptional value. The food and service were excellent. Being a person who enjoys hanging out with friends and family, this is a perfect choice. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.

Did you guys know they set up for Spades games on Tuesday nights? Well this was new learning for me. We got invited and it was actually a very chill vibe. Not too rowdy or overly crowded. I sat at the bar while my friends indulged in a few card matches. My drink was decent and clearly everyone is still in love with their infamous shrimp fried rice. It seemed to be the main thing being ordered and it just kept coming out in droves. So of course I ordered it and what I will say is that never ever skimp on the amount of shrimp they give you, no searching though mounds of rice just to find a shrimp, LOTS of shrimp and they are a good size too. That huge bar was being worked by just 2 people so it took time for my bartender to circle back, had to wave him down a few times but other than that, it was a pretty good visit. There was a DJ and the music was on point.

To wait 45 mins. to order 1 drink and food.. then it took 1 and 30 mins to get drink.. food came out still waiting for drinks.. bartender seemed to have no since i urgency because tip was included.. shrimp lo mein was burned.. will not eat here again but drinks was worth it

Okay we went back to Golden Dragon due to their great food, portion size and atmosphere and our last visit that was great.Plus the bathroom is always clean..And that says a lot , because truthfully the men bathroom is usually cleaner than the women..I am shocked to say that this time the service was terrible. We encountered so many issues with our server. This woman placed order for food we did not order..In attempt to alert her she was so rude and nasty..making her outer appearance look worse. Yes, not aware that Friday eve was busier cause due to the last time was during the day. The bar-maid was fabulous (11-14)..Her demeanor, outer presentation and promptness was the reason we decided to return..Well, wrong day wrong time. What truly annoys me is that this behavior is accepted at Golden Dragon. We are not the only ones that complain about the service, the rude behavior based on the reviews. We received food we did not order, just to increase the check I guess which resulted in a higher none deserving tip..Remove the added tip to the checks and the service will improve. I hv to work for every cent. They should as well..Plus tips in MD are not allowed to be automatically added unless verbally made aware and given the option. And on the bottom of the check is suggested gratuity. If one is not paying attention this would be double tipping…I know the owners must say..but I will loose bar-maids. Ok then you can hire better. .signed Better Servers Needed!

This place deserves more than 3.7 stars. Don’t let the low rating fool you. This is a badass spot for food and atmosphere. Service is also excellent. Food takes a bit of time early in the day but definitely worth the wait. Flavor is extraordinary. Got peppered steak and general tsos chicken. Awesome stuff.

This by far is the best bar I’ve been to. The food, service and atmosphere a 10 out of 10. Shout out to Chav for our great service and shout out to Boss lady for her hospitality. We came with over a hundred people and was greeted and treated with a hospitality as if we were regulars.

We were a large group and Jasmine our server was AMAZING!!! The kitchen staff were quick but didn’t compromise food quality or flavor. The bar staff was quick with drinks and shots as well. I had a good time.

I have been here approximately 4 times..The food is always great and on point. .The atmosphere with the great music..other guess is really nice..We have only been there during the day. The bathrooms are clean as well..The people at the entrance and dessert are very nice and helpful. The issues We have are #1 Small cups for a $7-10 drink. This is what we received . Others around us had 12oz cups .Not sure how that works but we will ask questions next time . Happyhour starts at 3pm. We went there for brunch at 1130am. #2 According to what bar staff is on duty will determine the service/ attitude and how long you will waith for stuff. Some are rude and not attentive to the none regulars .Then to make matters worse the tip is automatically added to the check Why !!!! Tips ard to be given by the patrons based on the service..Plus seeing the tips automatically put on the check lessen the chance of the staff getting a higher tip-(ofcourse based on service) honestly I thought and have been told in MD it is illegal l to add the tip on the check, unless there’s a bigger party..usually 5 or more.. I do understand black ppl have a reputation for not tipping. Do not assume this with ALL black people. If I can’t afford to eat/drink/tip I stay my butt home- and cook..i will not go out. if I can not afford to..Period! Also, if the owners would pay their staff a descent wage..they will not hv to rely on tips..Needless to say I say our last recent time there was fantastic. With the exception of the small cups for a $7 drink- the ice makes it even less. The service,atmosphere and food was fantastic. I feel that if the management/owner was paying the staff appropriately this would not be a factor. Because the better you treat your loyal patrons and staff the more your revenue will increase. “Treat your staff right they will treat your customers right…My mom use to say “Pride comes before a fall”. I have created my own version. “Greed comes before a fall”..Food for thought. Stay Blessed and prosperous!!

I don’t know why Baltimore has a post game before entering this bar.. the happy hour gets me right every time.. I’ve been lucky not to witness any run and duck for cover moments…maybe my spider senses kick In before anything went down.. the crowd is mixed aged the ladies are abundance for the bachelor and his wing men.. the food is hit or miss.. I give it 4 stars because friends and strangers have a good time here…
