About 10 of us (multiple different groups) waited up front for a good 15-20 minutes before a hostess even acknowledged us.
This visit, our server was great. However we were just two adults, that wanted the Sunday brunch buffet. There were no big plates for the first 20 minutes. We started using the soup bowls and mini plates for coffee cups… When the plates came out, they were so dirty. They took them back, and then brought out more dirty plates.
There was no lettuce – only the shredded “taco” style lettuce. You couldn’t make a salad with it.
When I was doing my business in the restroom, two employees came in and we’re talking about customers in a manor I won’t repeat. There was also one roll of toilet paper between two dirty stalls, and no soap available.
Even with a 20% discount we had, after a 20% tip it was about $40 for two adults to have two coffees, water, and a mediocre buffet with dirty plates.
The frustration of other customers was palatable.
We will not be going back ourselves, let alone with our whole family of 9 as we used to.
