Brought my family out to breakfast Saturday morning. We had a wonderful experience. The waitress name was Taylor. She was really nice and greeted us when we first walked in. She made sure our drinks stayed filled and our food was hot and delicious. We had two little ones with us and she interacted with them a little while we waited for our food. Great service. After being completely exhausted from our road trip yesterday, we woke up and decided to try Huddle House at the service plaza for breakfast. Megan was our server and she made my day by helping me stay compliant on my diet! I could eat very little as the menu presented. She did am amazing job making the changes I needed to enjoy my meal! I will be stopping by to see her everytime we drive through!

Over cooked and cold at the same time also the waiter was visibly upset when asked to change a couple things on the sandwich, regular bread not toasted and no mayonnaise, also asked for a biscuit and got toast, the sandwich came toasted and burnt bacon, the mashed potatoes were instant and not cooked at all also found hair in our fruit, we had no choice but to keep the food as we are truckers and had no time to order and wait another hour for the food. Never eaten at this place ever again. Save your money and don’t chance it. Also when we paid the bill the waiter was crying about her money being stolen and she can’t pay her rent, we tried to eat the food my husbands steak was bad and like a chew toy way under cooked and mashed potatoes were over salted. Never ever eating here again and hope we don’t get sick this place is worse than Denny’s and I ain’t joking for the first time eating hero is my last time I’ll never trust this brand of a restaurant this was not me and my wife’s anniversary meal that I wanted

Back in June, I met my sister here which is an hour and a half away from where I live. It was the first time I had been able to see her in 5 years. She is a cross country truck driver. Our server Tayler was very attentive and informative. She was engaging. I have worked service (bartender) and what she created was a warm inviting environment. Since that day I have driven the time to experience Tayler’s exceptional customer service and have a decent meal at least ever 6 to 8 weeks. Tayler is an awesome asset to the Huddle House team. I continue to make the drive for the service she provides!

On yesterday morning I stopped in for a breakfast that was by far one of the best meals I’ve had for breakfast. Absolutely hot and delicious. There were only two young ladies. I got their names because I wanted to give them a shout out. Jessica and Megan. Oh my goodness, from serving me with ease and kindness to the cooker preparing my meal. I was so impressed. They deserve a raise or some type of appreciation token.

I ordered the strawberry preserve and whip cream topped pancakes which looked better than pictured on Huddle House’s menu. They, my scrambled eggs, and sausage were terrific. Tayler’s service to me was even better. Great experience!

The food was horrible.. undercooked waffle no crisp at all. Ordered over medium eggs no yoke. Under the bacon was black grease (meaning dirty griddle). I took a look over the counter and it was in fact dirty. Sourdough Bread tasted weird. I hope I don’t get sick. Best thing was the coffee.
