I came through twice today because two different friends wanted Braum’s for some weird reason. Both times I messed with my friends, inadvertently including the person taking the order, by saying i wanted cheese in the shake that was ordered, lmao. The second time we came through and got home, I HAD A SIDE OF CHEESE. I DIED LAUGHING. Thanks for kinda playing along with my joke.

Went in to order a meal and stood in line for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. Then someone peeked around the corner made a surprised face and ducked back in the kitchen again. By then there was about a dozen people behind me in line. Then it took forever for my food to be ready and all it was was a salad. The wait staff was not very friendly.

Ordered a bag of burgers, fry and 2 drinks. Ordered no onions w/ cheese. One out of 5 had cheese, 2 had onions and two were burnt. Like really burnt.

Just left. Stayed in the right side of restaurant to order food. Waited 5 mins, no one even acknowledged my presence. Asked politely should I order from the ice cream side. They finally told me,
I was in the correct place. The cashiers and workers with a puzzle look wondered why I ask them this. Then the guy making burgers said it was the right side I was on “ Their are just busy at the moment. I said, “ Thanks for acknowledging the customer and having great customer service”. I see this is what Kansas is on. Being a black Man with multiple businesses, I pride myself on having an excellent customer service and I just cannot stand in their presence anymore. I took my business elsewhere.
