Good experience via drive thru. The lady at the window was very kind and even asked how I was doing, which is a welcomed change for fast food service these days. Food was great for being after normal dinner time, came out hot and actually stayed hot until I got home. The order with slight substitutions was also accurate. Only downfall was the cheese lid was not secured properly and it leaked into the bag. Overall 8/10, keep up the good work TB!

Helpful and friendly staff. We were greeted when we came in, and they let us know right away that the counter person would not be in till 11, and we were welcome to use the automated kiosks to place order now.
Food was accurate and good. Staff helped others while we’re were there, including some who had issues with the kiosk. They were friendly and professional the whole time.

So I went and picked up a order and it was messed up. So I went back to get it fixed to get home and find out it was messed up again. This is the 3rd order that they have messed up. It seems like people don’t know how to read and get mad when you try to fix it. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
