We ordered the cheese rolls with red sauce & spicy ranch and they were fantastic! Crispy and very cheesy! Spicy ranch was an awesome recommendation!
We also ordered the Holy Shiitake Pizza with the classic crust and it was so good! Very flavorful and unique; paired with the spicy ranch and it became incredibly addicting. Will definitely try it again with the thin crust next time.
The atmosphere was great and our server, Ann Mason, was very friendly and provided some great recommendations.

Me and my girlfriend had the BEST meatballs and pizza EVERRR here. Our server was Gabby :), she was so nice and easy to get along with. It was like talking to a bestie. So, we had The magic meatballs and they are so freaking delicious, instant mouth-gasm. We also had the Great White pizza and added grilled chicken and apple-smoked bacon. This was the juiciest pizza i’ve ever had, you don’t need ANY dip at all, it was so saucy and so delicious .

If I could put zero stars I would. Terrible experience at the Mellow Mushroom in Short pump today, I am very disappointed. We ordered right away, drinks and 2 large pizzas. After 50 minutes of waiting, we asked our waitress for an update on our order. She came back and said they were just put in the oven. Not even 2 minutes later, she comes out with the pizzas. The one was supposed to be large pepperoni with pineapple on half and it came out wrong. The pizzas were both raw, burnt on the bottom, thin, and didn’t have any sauce underneath the cheese. The waitress stated she would get the manager and the manager never came out and spoke to us, which is completely disrespectful. One of the other employees came over and stated that they are short staffed and had no priority for dine in orders. They were taking all of the online orders. I am very disappointed that the manager didn’t have any decency to come and explain these matters to us. I was also wanting to show the manager how unacceptable the food was. Since I didn’t get to show, I have included pictures. Please disclose information to your customers if you are unable to serve dine in orders because that was a complete waste of time.

This is our favorite pizza place!! Our waitress Alexis was super sweet! She was so friendly and always had a smile on her face! Very helpful! Mellow mushroom in Short Pump always had great service and delicious pizza! Highly recommend!

Grabbed dinner after a soccer game. No wait time. Place was busy. Waitress was super friendly. She checked in on us frequently and made sure we had everything that we needed. Pizza was great so were the wings. Best Bang for your buck with food to spare.

I had Harvey as a server for lunch today. He was precise and to the point which i appreciated. Also a really cool guy in general he seems really nice. it was a perfect service! I had never been to this location before and the quality is held to the same standard between both here and the virginia beach location. 🙂 we will definitely come back
