Stopped here on my way to work. I was already running late. I just needed something quick to put on my stomach so I stopped to grab an egg and cheese sandwich. The manager came to the window. Left me sitting out there for about 10 minutes. Finally she comes back with a sandwich gives me my sandwich. I’m Headed to work and I open up the sandwich. Just wanted to Try to eat something before I get to work and start my day. Well, I opened up the sandwich to see that the bread on top is molded green so I couldn’t eat the sandwich I couldn’t turn around I had to get to work, and after work I was So tired and ready to go home I didn’t feel like stopping there again so I just had to take the loss. The customer service was unacceptable. The food was unacceptable but they took my money so I’m not too happy

I’ve been here before and have never had a problem, but tonight a friend and i went to grab a quick snack and drinks. We decided to get the jalapeño cheddar peppers and some fried. I threw all of it up an hour and a half later. I texted my friend to make sure she was okay, and she said she had diarrhea shortly after she got home. We’ve both been here before and had no problems, but tonight something was very clearly wrong.

I moved and haven’t been to Sonic in years but was in the area and decided to try it again. I placed the order online and was told to pick a stall and let them know where I was which was super easy. The guy who brought out our food was great, very nice and made sure we had everything. We brought it with us on a 10min drive and when we arrived, the food was still very hot. Everything tasted great and we were really happy with our decision to come here and we will definitely be back when we are in the area again!

We ordered the Chilli Cheese Tots which were really good its a must try. The onion rings were good and freshly made. The spicy Chicken Slinger was really good it was better than the cheese burger I ordered. I found the cheese burger very average. The Fritos chilli cheese Jr wrap was good too, thats the first time I tasted something like this. It was only 99 cents so it was very good value for money. Overall the quality of the food was good and it was my first time visiting sonic. The servers use rollerblades to deliver the order, It it really cool. I liked the overall experience.

Fun experience ordering then having your food delivered on roller skates. Food was very hot and fresh, try their breakfast burritos, they are out of this world and their foot longs hotdogs are awesome!

The food and service are great, but there’s an issue with the atmosphere, particularly the stalls. I’ve often found that when I go to a stall, it’s either broken (black screen) or the card reader isn’t working. This forces me to find another stall, but on busy days, they’re all full. As a result, I end up having to use the drive-thru or go inside, which isn’t what I prefer. I love seeing my favorite Sonic employees skate out my food to me! I want to give a special shoutout to a young girl who is always skating out my order—she’s super friendly and always goes out of her way to help. While I know these issues aren’t the staff’s fault, I hope they can be addressed to make the experience even better.

Sonic doesn’t match their online prices. App is cheaper than in store, Employee & manager would not accommodate online prices & had an attitude. They literally charged $21 in store for a $13 online order. Be warned as you can be scammed for more money than you expect.
