I was thrilled to find this Jack in the Box operating after so many others have shuttered. Plus, I love the iconic 2 Tacos, the BEST restaurant value anywhere. & this very friendly crew served it up hot & tasty. I also ordered the 3 Eggrolls @$6.29, a much better deal than one for $4.

As far as Jack In The Box locations go, this is the benchmark I compare others. Everything here is what I expect – decent food (which is so bad for my diet), a good price, customer service varies but never rude. Overall, it’s my go-to location.

We ordered multiple of the Gremlin meal boxes here for the holiday. They didn’t tell us tell AFTER paying and getting them that they didn’t even have any of the gremlin stuff which is the whole reason we ordered them! Part of that was a special sauce and they gave us no sauce at all not even attempting to replace the seasonal one with normal plan ones. Then they said they wouldn’t cancel or reimburse the meal either. TERRIBLE customer service and will be telling all my fellow veterans to never come to this location and support them.

I ordered a munchie meal with a Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, 2 tacos, and a lemonade. In the special instructions I specified that I wanted no ice, napkins, and ranch sauces for my food. When I got my food I got a Hi-C drink WITH ICE, NO NAPKINS, AND NO RANCH SAUCE.

I went at midnight and the drive thru was PACKED! We ordered 7 different items from the menu and they didn’t get anything wrong on our order. For how busy they were I thought they might forget a sauce or some small minor inconvenience but no 😀 this store is so much better than the one next to my house off 6th Ave. I hope next time I’m craving Jack in The Box I’m close by this one instead of the one by my house lmao.

We were ordering togo at the drive thru and as we got to the window and paid for our food we saw 2 employees who I believe are the only ones there were scratching their head and hair and rubbing their eyes without washing their hands and not using health gloves or hair nets. And they touched our food items with them. If you want hair and dandruff in your food, then come here, and I’d give it a -5 star if it allowed me to.

If I could give a zero for all of these I would. Customer service was absolutely terrible. I asked for a specific sandwich. She gave me the wrong sandwich and it was completely squished. We had to go to work so we got a breakfast sandwich halfway to work. We realize that the sandwich was wrong. I’m not gonna drive back and miss going to work because you gave me the wrong sandwich so I ate the sandwich that you gave me wrong and asked to be reimbursed for the sandwich I didn’t get , the employee said that she needed the item back to verify that it was wrong and then asked me if I had a receipt no, you didn’t give me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one. I’ve been to a lot of jack in the boxes and this one is literally the worst, don’t go here.
