We stopped at this restaurant while on vacation. We try to avoid chain restaurants but it had pizza and pasta which is what we were looking for.
The restaurant need an interior tune up. That picture below in the bathroom door. Several places need new paint. The bathroom stall did not have a proper latch. Hallway to the bathroom was a little sketchy. The tables in the dining area are very close and I felt cramped. We were seated close to the kitchen and there were constantly people walking past. We only had one way in and out past the tables with our wheelchaired family member.
The waiter was nice. He brought out breadsticks and sauce to start. He took our order and everything came out in a timely manner. The salads were good as was the pizza. The sauce had a nice flavor and the thin crust was tasty. I would order that again. However, the chicken fettuccine alfredo lacked flavor (where is the Parm?) At least the chicken was grilled/flat topped for flavor. We did have to flag him down to get our bill and boxes but it was because they were busy. We skipped on the dessert

This is my first time visiting this restaurant I can say that it was a delight. The food was great the service was outstanding and my daughter and I both enjoyed our dinners and we will go back. They have a great choice of cakes.

I hadn’t been in a while and forgot they bring you breadsticks and marinara sauce before your meal – yummo! The manicotti was delish and a huge portion size. My hubby loved his pizza a chicken parm. Even the side salad was fresh and crisp. Michele, our server, was top-notch. We’ve already been back!

My wife, brother and I went here tonight because my wife has been wanting this all week. Lily was our server and the whole time we all felt super rushed! Frist my wife’s food was wrong which she fixed no issue, but we hadn’t even had our food for 10 minutes and she is asking us if we needed boxes or to go drinks. And I got the chicken parm and never was asked about what salad I wanted so I forgot it came with one, she just seemed like she didn’t want to do her job. It was just a really bad service. Like my brother was in the middle of eating and she was asking him if he wanted a to go box. We could understand if they closed at 8, but it was 7:45 and they are open till 10! Like my brother is finishing his dinner in our car! It was rude and if you don’t wanna serve then don’t… never really had this issue here. When my wife was finally annoyed and put her food in the to go box it was still piping hot! So we weren’t even there long enough for it to cool off! The cooks did great on our food, but our server just wanted to lean at the host stand and talk…

Great experience at Gondoliers restaurant. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive, always checking if we needed anything. The food was very delicious . The atmosphere was very relaxing, we really enjoyed our dinner. We’ll definitely be back.

My daughter, her husband and myself went to Gondolier to eat. We hadn’t been there for a while, I had Alfredo Pasta and it was amazing. Service was stellar. The atmosphere was kinda romantic, you know, dim light, soft music, and amazing people to share it with.
