Haven’t had kfc in a long while so I downloaded the app and saw a deal for wings, wedges, chicken nuggets with 4 biscuits for 20$. The app wouldn’t let me put in my card info so I drove over and asked about it and I get a snarky response “oh, you have to order that on the app.” With which I say “The app won’t let me enter my payment information and doesn’t work!” No response, just a long silence and then “anything else?” As if I was an inconvenience and stupid! No alternative options or suggestions! Needless to say, I just left.

I ordered food from online and for some reason it didn’t make it to the restaurant. I drove through to the window and told the girl that I have an order. She asked me if I wanted to wait and they would bring it to me. So I drove up to the door. I decided to go in to see if my order was waiting for me. It was not. They didn’t see it. It didn’t get sent I guess from online to their computer. I asked is anyone working on mine because other people are getting their food before me. I won’t order from them on-line again.

First picture is how I received my food. It was drenched of gravy and also they used KFC nuggets. Don’t the bowls come with pop corn chicken? It’s a shame but I had to beg for a change because the manager Michael, kept telling me no . It’s unfortunate because I asked super kindly . I work at an office so trust me I don’t get “ghetto”. I could’ve been rude , but I dont want to make someone’s day worse. The Hispanic worker Rebecca, listened, and she offered to fix it for us. Now this is the KFC bowl that is promoted on their website. I was contemplating to call corporate but Rebecca made me have a change of heart. But I genuinely hope the GM here takes away Michaels position, or takes him through training again. Because I understand companies not issuing refunds , but in this case it was 100% reasonable especially because I had to even drive back for missing items lol .

Ordered from drive thru at 3:53pm, at 4:32pm finally got my food just because I went in and asked. 39 minutes for fried chicken tenders is insane, if you are directed to park don’t or you will be waiting forever. Order #1674 for reference.

Dont come here if you like hot sauce or ranch with your wings or chicken. They never have these sauces. The manager spoke to me very rude and sarcastic but with a nice voice. When I complaimed that I came 2x recently thinking they would have sauce he sarcastically says “did you get charged” Well it is expected for KFC to have hot sauce and when you ask for extra sauces they sure do manage to charge for it!
