I’ve given this Wendy’s way too many chances and every time they mess something up. One time I was served undercooked chicken and ended up getting sick after eating it. I honestly should’ve stopped going after that, but I tried to give them another shot.
On my most recent visit, I ordered a BLT crispy chicken sandwich, and instead they gave me a junior bacon cheeseburger… a completely different item. This isn’t the first time they’ve mixed up my order either.
To make it worse, when I pulled up to the window, the staff didn’t say anything to me at all. The worker opened the window, handed me the bag without a word, and just shut it again. No greeting, no confirmation, nothing.
Between the wrong orders, undercooked food, and rude service, I’m officially done with Wendys. This was my last visit.

Simple, clean is meh, service is depends on the hour of day, otherwise mornings are peaceful and so it afternoon but night is chaotic and I feel the staff are annoyed Im there. I hate to say this I try to understand that staff is overwhelmed or stressed but it was like I can be the only car n there snippy I gave the 4 star due to the fact it’s the day and afternoon everyone is good but night is the opposite of those times otherwise, food been a bit ok then some Wendy’s I’ve had hence the 4 stars too

Has coupon for free nuggets on app. Pulled up, told them I had coupon. Got charged and no big deal, just asked them to remove the charge. Told me I should’ve gave them the code before paying next time and tried saying they couldn’t refund me. They did but the attitude wasn’t needed

I came in and ordered 30 frostys for my students. When my order came out there were only 25 and they charged me for 25 be the cashier had missed the last 5 chocolate (no big deal) i requested some help since they were not busy and it is extremely hot outside. I was declined help to my car. 0/10 would not patron again. The can not follow instructions and zero hospitality.

Late night manager is very rude to all of her customers, always yelling and complaining about things. Me and my friends went late at night, ordered our food, (which some items came put wrong), then proceeded to eat our food in the parking lot since the inside was closed.
We then decided to go to the parking lot of a building across (not wendy’s parking lot) and she told us we had to leave and we couldn’t play ball because there is cars (referring to the cars in the parking lot that we were parked next to that was from employees). So we did the reasonable thing and went to the parking lot across to finish eating our food, chill and play with our soccer ball far away from the Wendy’s.
She then proceeded to yell at us again as we were literally about to leave because my friend was doing his “flash light thing” and “playing with our soccer ball” after she told us we can’t. She really just hating on my bois moves
Mind you, we moved to the parking lot across, so it is NOT your property. We aren’t near the cars you are worried about. Yet she still decides to call the cops on us to get us to leave.
Please do something about this employee who threatens to call cops on customers for playing soccer in a different building’s empty parking lot.

I am happy with the restraraut for everything, comfortable environment. But, the cleaness of tables disappointed me at my visit. I went there 3pm which well passed lunch hour rush!

The food is decent, although I have had many times where food was either cold, they upgraded my order without permission and then charged me for the upgrade, and/or even though I repeated my order several times for them they would still not prepare the food correctly

Today 5/11/25 I had the most Horrible experience. Not only did the manager who was taking our order have the nastiest attitude but I ordered a breakfast sandwich that they did not put it in the bag. So I went back inside they handed me a sandwich and I left to the car. when I opened the sandwich it was absolutely not what I ordered it was a burger with an egg in it when i came at breakfast time. I go back in to get the sandwich I ordered but they said “we don’t have breakfast anymore” it’s such bs that they messed up my order not just once but twice. Then they tried to get me to get a different order when I haven’t had breakfast it’s 10:30 am what do you mean it’s still not breakfast time. Ridiculous.
