My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of state and were pleasantly surprised with the customer service and food at this Braum’s. We went for the first time, as a recommendation, for lunch. We each got Burger combos and milkshakes. When comparing to other fast food, our meals were top notch. They weren’t fine dining quality, don’t get me wrong, but I’d rather the food that we received over basically any other fast food. We went back a couple of nights later to get ice cream. We had the pleasure of interacting with Angel and a girl who I unfortunately did not catch her name. He was fantastic. Very friendly, funny, and entertaining, and a great help with the menu as we hadn’t done their ice cream options before. We were so impressed with his customer service skills and personality, that we went back again, the next night. I hope they are treating Angel well and paying him fairly, because he is 100% the reason that we went back, instead of trying another spot during our trip.

This is the size of the chicken strips you pay over $1 per strip for. Don’t worry they give you 6 ½ of these to make up for how small they are. The service is usually alright but the food is absolute trash. Braums is no longer good quality and I won’t be buying food from them any longer.

Ordered through the drive thru. My order was taken wrong and when I got to the second window and asked them to fix it, I was told I must go back through the line again if I wanted to get the items that did not make the bag. At that point a line had wrapped around the building so it would’ve taken me another 20 minutes to get my food. I love Braums but I will never come to this location again.

I ordered a shake with two flavors and they got the flavor wrong twice. On top of that, the first guy fixing my order didn’t even know how to fix a shake and another employee had to help him and he still flavors wrong.

I’ve been drinking their A2 milk for about five years now and I go through, I hate to admit it, but a gallon a day almost. They have the best milk I’ve ever had in my life. And I don’t wanna drink anything other. I think that people that work there are generally pretty nice. And that’s not just because my father works there. I think they have the best ice cream and the best milk. I’m not a big fan of their burgers. Not a big fan of really anything on their menu. But I absolutely love the grocery side. And I really do love that strawberry chicken poppyseed salad.

Ice cream is good I wish they’d change the flavors up though more than seasonal. The food is kinda mid to me but I’m picky. I usually get the chicken strips dinner and it’s the best thing on the menu to me. The grocery side is great and very convenient for not wanting to go to a busy grocery store after work. The fruit is fresh and the milk is great. The meat is also always good quality.

I live a half mile from this location. It is sad that I cannot get good service or hot food from the location closest to my house. Today is the final time I will go to this location. I ordered a number one off the menu. I received a cold hamburger and cold French fries. It is not worth it to drive back and get a hot meal. This is the 3rd straight time I have received poor service and a poor product. The next closest location is 2 miles away. I hope the product and service will be better there.

I placed an offer thru drive thru and they got 0% right. I ordered at the screen a plain burger nothing on it and a scoop in a cup. When I puked up to get my food they handed me the bag and then handed me a ice cream cone. I said” that was supposed to be a in a cup” . He then proceeded to grab a cup like for water and just put the cone upside down and gave it to me. The burger when I got home had cheese which my son can tolerate and won’t eat. And I couldn’t just scrape it off because it was stuck to the meat. Even my receipt said cup of ice cream and a plain hamburger.

My family loves braums ice cream & brownie fudge sundaes ! Unfortunately 3 stars for this location because the girl straight up told me “brownie sundaes are seasonal and we don’t have any” I just had one from that same location 2 days ago . Doubt it’s true & if it is , that sucks .
