Gray helped me and my wife today with a mobile order in the drive thru. Everytime my wife visits this location she always talks about how much she loves when Gray is there because she makes her feel like a regular even though we can sometimes go weeks between visits. Today, I got to experience what she’s talking about. We had great conversation while waiting for our order to be ready and she really does make every customer feel special. We love this location so much and every time we order from here it is always perfect and well put together and always tastes great!

Always a good time whenever my husband stop into this Carl’s in Ellensburg, while either on our traveling to visit family in Spokane or drive back home to post at JBLM! This location is always great for a quick bite to eat with great service, always fresh hot food, and clean restrooms! If you have little ones it’s also great for them to stretch their legs and have fun in the play area dining room! 10/10 highly recommend! And shout out to the friendly staff and shift manager, Robert who’ve helped us and always went above and beyond whenever we stopped in! Thanks!

Solid burger restaurant especially for a road trip. But the main draw is the exceptional service! We were pleasantly surprised by the team at the Ellensburg’ Carl’s Jr, the main server guy (1/16/26 12noon) who took our order and brought us our food was excellent! He was cheerful, great communicator, high energy and radiated great customer service. You should try to keep this guy, he deserves a raise!

Grey served us. She was very cheerful even though it was near closing time. She made great conversation, which is a wonderful break from our long drive. The food was great, i can tell she cares a lot. The lobby was closed so she recommended the hotell across the street for a bathroom. Most people wouldnt even mention an alternative. Very happy with her service

I stop by this location often. The customer service is exceptional every time. My food is always hot and fresh. Grey always makes sure the experience is great. Everything is also very clean. Definitely worth it every time.

Attended a 7yo birthday party in the play place! The kids had a blast playing while the adults chatted. The facility was clean (including bathroom), the service was quick and friendly. Food was good. And the splay structure was huge and had options for both big and little kiddos. Thanks Carl Jr’s!

This particular Carl’s location seemed above the rest. Due to the Footprint set up, friendly professionalism, service, bringing orders out to dine in guests, food quality, and cleanliness. We were on our road trip home after Christmas. Otherwise, would become regulars. As it was we missed our regular exit or may not have stopped at all. Even though its slightly farther off the 90 than the main fast food row on Canton it is less busy and worth the time. I only put 4 stars because I feel that is the maximum fast food can earn and 3 for atmosphere for the same reason.

I was here last week for a quick bite with my family. Cody took our order and he was simply the nicest fast food worker I’ve ever encountered. He explained the specials when I asked, had a genuine smile on his face even though I was taking forever to decide. I mean, I totally didn’t expect to find fine dining service at a fast food joint! He even came by later to ask how everything was. The food was on point, but Cody was hands down best service. Thank you Cody!

The burgers were good. The chicken stars were good. The spicy chicken sandwich was good. But, there is no excuse to fill the cup 3/4 of the way with ice. I got 4 drinks from the Coke that I ordered. I paid $3.49 basically for a cup of ice. Absolutely, ridiculous.
