Easygoing, casual eatery with a patio offering up standard pub grub alongside a full bar.

As soon as I landed in Seattle the cool crisp air had me feeling like a sandwich and soup and Smarty Pants did not disappoint! The sandwich was d-licious, (sandwich was perfect, fries were crisp on the outside and soft inside and the honey mustard dip…mmm mmm! The service was fast and the vibe was great. I made a local friend and met all of the other familiar faces while eating. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town. 10/10 (and I’m a real food snob so this is a legit review)

Been here twice and both times were a little disappointing. The first time I was very excited to try the Italian beef as a Chicago native. It was not good. Meat was very dry and the giardiniera was not hot at all, didn’t really add any flavor to the sandwich.
This time I tried the chickenhawk which was better but still mediocre. It looked better than it tasted. “Chopped chicken” means large chicken cubes like what they used to serve at Subway as opposed to more of a shredded chicken like I imagined. It wasn’t terrible but didn’t have a ton of flavor despite having bacon and bbq on it and the French roll it comes on wasn’t warm despite allegedly being toasted. My fries also tasted old which is odd because at 12:00 they’d only been open for an hour so how long were those fries sitting there before they got to me?
Extremely overpriced for the quality you get. Both meals I’ve had here shouldn’t have cost more than $10 a piece

Great service, great fries! Sandwiches were good, my Falcone arrived super soggy, bummed about the mushy bread but was still tasty. Husband loved his Taylor. The closeslaw smelled absolutely tasty off so skipped that. We did take out but the space was super happening on a Sunday afternoon.

Seattle, now I’ve been here before and that time I was pretty impressed with the food but this time it was off. The server wasn’t firing on all cylinders, and the sandwich I ordered was more sauce than meat.
This all occurred in May at the Burien location.
I’m usually pretty open to places like this, so maybe this was just an off day. I’ll be back to try it again.

We are from out of town and found this place on Google Maps. Every employee we encountered were so nice and welcoming. It was definitely a breath of fresh air. Halloween is in a cpl days and they had the place decked out, the servers were dressed up too.
Our server was so great! She was perfectly attentive and gave us the best service! We really appreciated her.
The only reason I gave 4☆’s was because The burgers were on the small side compared to what we are used to, and the were way over-seasoned with pepper. But it was still good regardless.
I saw a few sandwiches and they looked amazing! Huge portions for those, maybe the burgers were small because they are the cheaper item on the menu?
We would definitely come back if we are this way again.

Excellent breakfast and friendly service
I had breakfast at Smarty Pants Garage this morning and it was delicious! The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is also really fun and quirky. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast. I will definitely be back to Smarty Pants Garage again soon!

I had biscuits & gravy, my wife had the Lopez benedict – both very good and excellent coffee by Umbria. Even the hash browns were good – definitely NOT packaged items like Denny’s. These were likely scooped a large box or maybe even riced on site. My only complaint is the loud, incessant banging from the north 1/2 of the front door. The damper on that side desperately needs adjustment – or replacement – the banging can be heard even in the bathroom. January 2025 update: They STILL have not fixed the annoying loud slamming of the front door. I’ll bet I could fix it by simple adjustment of the closer/damping device at the top.

A fan of their Georgetown location, this one is a family friendly spot. Big patio and our table inside was open to the outside very comfortable. All the drinks for your tastes a happy hour from 3p to 6p. Motorcycle themed great service. Get a sticker and put it on your car or motorcycle and you’ll make friends everywhere!

The place has a cool culty feeling to it! We went for food and they assumed we were there to drink she asked if my wanted a bloody Mary and we are sober so it was a little off putting but again it’s kinda like a bar but we sat at the table but hay the food was the main stay and i guess most people drink we just don’t we eat!! The food was good I’ll be back to try the Frito pie it sounds good!! Also just was informed by my wife that the bathrooms were disgusting and beware!

The French dip was moist, flavorful and the bread was soft (you ever had tough bread before on a dip? It sucks) the Au Jus was made in-house and not too salty like the packet-made sauce tends to be. The service was amazing, Greg even gave me some of his special Bloody Mary mix for my mom to try when he found out she loves BM mixes <3 I can't wait to try their brunch on the weekends!! This was a happy discovery, definitely recommend
