Whatever brown hair girl with glasses working the drive thru at 714pm on 12/09 was RUDE AS HELL. She skipped me for another vehicle when taking orders, when I was there for longer than the other vehicle. Rude when I brought it to her attention and didn’t say a single word to me when I pulled up, not even confirming the order before I was charged. All I knew is that I could have been paying for another vehicles order and I waited for my receipt to make sure too since she didn’t say a word to me. Horrible customer service from her. She didn’t have a name badge on or I’d be using her name.

It was a fast food breakfast and I haven’t had one of these in a long time. I can see why! I am not a breakfast person anyway, but this help me confirm why. Is it just me or has the size of the McGriddle…bacon, egg, and cheese…scales way back in size? That thing was tiny as hell! Obviously it’s not the fault of the staff and store. Plus the people here were very nice and extremely helpful.

We waited 45 minutes for our food while drive thur was in and out , then my child !! Opened his wrapped burger and seen some had took a bite out of it this is disappointing, disgusting, and disrespectful!! Lucky the manager was able to make the new sandwich over less than a minute but something else should be done !!

We drive thru this McDonald’s probably 4 times a week on the way to work. Its usually great for a quick coffee, breakfast or burger and fries. Here lately its going down hill. The lady that takes our order and we pay at the first window, (she rides the motorcycle, sorry I don’t know your name) is ALWAYS the friendliest, most efficient, hard working employee they have. She is always spot on and smiling. Then you get to the second window. The “manager” that’s back there (usually during morning and early afternoon shift) is impatient with her employees. We returned an iced Caramel coffee to the girl in the 2nd window because after the 100’s we’ve had we could tell the color was off, it looked like milk. The “manager” griped at her instead of directing and helping her for taking the coffee back from the customer and then proceeded to telling us, the customers, that we are wrong, all the iced Caramel coffee looks like that. Its just how the cream is homogenous??? This isnt the first time we’ve encountered this “manager” and her rudeness. And make sure you check your food too! We get a a lot of big breakfast, no hot cakes. We always are missing either one strip of bacon or both! And the goodie bag you get with the big breakfast can have anything in it, 4 syrups even though you don’t have hotcakes. Or tons of jelly and butter. We drove to Mtn Home McDonald’s the other morning before work to make sure we had a good coffee. We will be hard press to return.

Worst experience at a McDonald’s I have ever had. We were traveling and stopped in to feed the family.
1.) The air was out and it was extremely hot. A worker said it’s been that way and they have to work in the heat.
2.) The whole place is nasty. There were no clean tables, the floors had food and trash all over them, and the trash cans were full with food falling out of them. When you looked back in the kitchen it was absolutely disgusting.
3.) The food was awful. Everything had been cooked for a long time it seemed. Ended up throwing over half of the food away.
4.)Asked for the manager and she never came to the front.
