Food was good. Service was good. But…. The lobby was dirty. I was there for 45 min and salsas were never filled up, pic attached. I would not recommend this TP. Go to another one.

I was very disappointed with what I witnessed this morning. The manager was yelling at an employee in front of everyone. The employee looked scared and didn’t even respond, just stood there quietly.
It was extremely unprofessional and made the whole environment feel negative and uncomfortable. Employees deserve respect.

I’ve never posted a restaurant review ever, but I’ve had just about enough. This is the worst TP in Laredo. Their food always tastes reheated or burnt, there’s always items missing, the avocados have gone bad, but the thing that infuriates my family the most are the beans. What’s the point in ordering large/extra large if they’re only going to fill it halfway & hide the empty space with bean juice. I live a block away from this location, but will drive another 10-15 minutes to the next location & I suggest others do the same.

The cooks were blasting music so loudly we couldn’t talk. It was late at night but it felt unwelcoming as if they were trying to get us to leave. We were the only ones in the restaurant yet our order took 20+ minutes and its was only 6 tacos and they were cold and under filled. The restrooms were dirty as hell, floors were oily and slippery. Stay away from this one. Drive an extra 10 mins to go to a decent location. This place needs to be shut down.

Well first time that they missed up my order.
Called and told the manager what happened and how the food was cold , tacos are warm not like they just got them out the fridge the manager tells me there not cold that there warm I’m like am eating them I would know but not a sorry or we missed up just a I’ll talk to them bye for a manager that guy sucks no name a simple apology would have been nice.
Just too let you guys know if you get the avocado make sure you check it I had to take it off it was black like it was out side for a while and how do you order bean and they do not give you the tortillas and when you ask if they put them they look at you and say yes we did

Always great food but the only thing that I want to point out is the drive thru. I am not sure if it’s only at night but when they greet you, they simply say, “Taco Palenque,” in the meh tone. I know I’m sounding annoying but it would be nice if they greeted you like, “Hello, may I take your order?” Or “Hi, thank you for choosing Taco Palenque, may I take your order?”

Not sure how this is considered fast food. Waited almost an hour for my order and the drive-thru is just as bad. Prices are too high for service this slow. Not worth it.

Dirty, oily and slippery floors. Staff only knows Spanish so it might be hard to order for some people. Food was bad. Egg shells in the breakfast tacos and was told, “es natural sir.”
Passed up on the tacos with eggs and got a breakfast pirata and was given rubbery potatoes with oil all over the place. Won’t ever order again. Overpriced and consistently inconsistent.

If you’re gonna swing by to try out the pancakes, I suggest you go elsewhere unless you want them to look like this. One side looks fine enough which is how they are presented. However, if you ordered to go you probably won’t notice until you get home and take a bite or decide to flip em. Don’t even think about getting a refund, all you’ll get is their condolences. Great tacos, wouldn’t go for the pancakes unless you feel like having a bad time.
