I’ve eaten at some very questionable Wendy’s over the years, this one topped them all to date. Most drinks were empty in the self service drink machine, the tea tasted spoiled, chicken nuggets were basically burnt. The restaurant needs maintenance issues addressed like yesterday, there were employees that weren’t willing to work & just decided to clock out and leave after an apparent lover’s spat at the front counter. The restrooms stunk. I did however watch one employee actually chase after a drive through customer unsuccessfully in an attempt to get them their food. There is an active water leak coming from the AC unit in the lobby ceiling. The glass on the doors and windows look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week or better. Corporate needs to step in and train the management here. DO BETTER!

The food either comes out old as hell like the nuggets have sat a hour the burgers have been either burnt or raw no fresh cooked fries overly salted you cant taste anything but salt the staff are rude get angry at the customer for bringing back wrong orders and will try to tell you oh well and attempt to charge you for fixing your order and the one they got wrong. Scrappy atmosphere bad training bad food the entire store staff needs let go or retrained on a probationary period with a new boss

When you charge $27 for 2 chicken tender meals I expect to get the sauces I asked for. If you are going to make me get my own drinks, have more than 1/3 of the freestyle working. Place was an absolute madhouse and it wasn’t busy at all, I was the only person in the dining room for a to go order that I had to bag myself because it came out on a tray. Disgusting bathrooms with no changing table in men’s or women’s bathroom. No receipt given.

Was in town for a business appt. And needed a quick bite and the restroom very badly. I was very happy to see they had an open restroom for customers even though it was only take out. The customer service was good but the fries were not so great. I had definitely been sitting there for quite some time. They were over-salted in cold but the chicken was pretty decent. I basically stopped for the restroom so the food was what it was. But I always appreciate friendly service.

Frustratingly Closed at 7:30 p.m.
My recent attempt to visit the Wendy’s in Harriman was a complete waste of time. I arrived at the location on 1618 S Roane St at approximately 7:30 p.m., well within what I assumed would be normal operating hours for a fast-food establishment. To my surprise and frustration, the restaurant was completely closed.
According to the official Wendy’s website, this location is supposed to be open until 1:00 a.m. every day. Pulling into an empty, locked parking lot hours before the advertised closing time is the peak of bad customer service.
There was no explanation, no sign on the door about unexpected early closure, just an empty building and a very disappointed customer. In an area where other fast-food options might be available later (some sources mention competitors are open until midnight or later), this unreliability makes it incredibly difficult to plan a meal.
If you’re considering visiting this Wendy’s, I strongly recommend calling ahead to confirm they are open, as you cannot rely on their stated hours. My experience was defined by a total lack of dependability, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

They burnt me tater.. 🙁 and still served it. Food was cold and gross. They dont have the greatest customer service, either. They’re rude over the speaker but once you get to the window they’ll stick your food out without a word or even look your way, and act like youre bothering them for coming through. It’s kinda silly. Their bad attitudes are what’s making me never come here again

Service was great. All but the ghost pepper fries was good. This isn’t the same recipe than before?? I remember there being cheese and green onions. Bring back the old ghost pepper fries! These new ones are awful. $0.80 more to slap on some hot sauce.
