This pho joint is across from the Capitol Building. I thought I would see more customers inside, but there was no one when I entered. That did not give me a good feeling, but later more parties showed up. I also saw people coming in and out for take-out.

We were served by a middle-aged man. He handled all the bussing and was very courteous. He didn’t talk much but did ask us how we were doing about halfway. The menu is pretty standard of a pho/Viet restaurant. I overheard someone ask for morning glory, but I thought that was Thai..

I tried the pho dac biet, which was pretty good. The com tam was sus to me. I got C1 heo nuong grilled pork, but it was red!?! The texture was also weird. The plate came with three slabs of pork sliced into thin strips.

The dining area seems like a good size, but if you go to the back, there are even more tables. They got a lot of space.

Stick to the pho here. Support smol biz.
-Bathrooms available (separated by gender)
-Credit card accepted (they took my physical card to the back)
-Unsure about wifi
-No outdoor dining

The vibe here is fantastic. The pho was hands down the best I’ve had in a while, the server was very kind and hospitable. I gotta give him a special shout out cause he’s pretty much doing everything himself but he does it with a grace and warmth you don’t find in most places. The atmosphere was also great—everyone was chatting, just enjoying the good food. Definitely recommend checking them out!!

This isn’t just the best pho I’ve had in Denver. It’s the best I’ve ever had in my entire life! Somehow they have the PERFECT mix of sweet, sour, savory, salty, spicy, and super umami. They don’t skimp on the meat or the toppings. If it was 8x the price, it would still be a bargain, so I’m in shock at how affordable it was.

The fact that they have avocado smoothie here is already a win . It has a direct view of the Colorado Capitol building; parking is a disadvantage here.
The place is tidy and clean; staff is polite and accommodating; the menu book was straight forward; our rice plates were served after 9 minutes from ordering. The grilled beef rice is very good.
Liquid condiments were refilled; salt and pepper shakers were dirty.

I am from out of state, and this is my first impression of this restaurant. I saw it had over 1k reviews with an avg 4.5 stars, so I figured it must be a great spot. I did not have a good experience.
**There were less than 8 (my table of 4 included) people in a restaurant that looks to be able to serve 30-40 people. Everyone put in their order for pho, and it took 15-20 minutes for our food to get to us. I’ve been to other busier restaurants and received their food faster.
**The waiter was super friendly and attentative to refill our drinks. So that was a plus.
**I got #23 LG Pho.
It was the saltiest pho broth I’ve ever eaten. I had to poor half a cup of my water into the broth and added a lot of hoisin sauce to balance out the saltiness. The pho didn’t have a lot of beef essence, which was really disappointing. The portions were fair.

I do not know if the business has changed over the years or if it was just a really bad day for their broth.

The pho and spring rolls were top notch. They make they’re own chili sauce in house (which is exceptional) but you have to ask for it. I just wish they played music in the dining room. I’m stuck listening to the news in the background.
The man serving was very kind and attentive without being overbearing. All in all I’d give it a 4.8 out of 5

I’ve been eating at the Pho-natic for 13 years now. The food is authentic, and the service is always spot on. Best Pho in Denver. People come from miles around just to eat here.

We love pho and wanted to try some that was guaranteed to be good while in town visiting. We based our choice on other Google reviews and we were weren’t disappointed at all! Highly recommend!

I’ve been sporadically going here for about 15 years. A lot of restaurants on Colfax have come and gone, and this one has stayed for a good reason. The Pho is as good as it gets in Denver, and the waitstaff and owners are amazing, genuinely nice people. When I bring my kids, the older woman frequently gives them free soda. Can’t recommend enough.
