It’s Valentine’s day, my wife just went to pick up a mobile order not knowing the lobby doesnt open until 7AM, being that she wanted to suprise me and have a good day, a couple employees just stood at the door and stared at my wife like deer in headlights. She was out in the cold and just being stared at? Really? Not only that but waiting 15 minutes for the mobile order she had to pick up at the counter inside, the food was luke warm, not even warm. Just the lack of pure customer hospitality and customer service is unprofessional. You could’ve at least told my wife at the door instead of sitting there staring at her cause you ruined her day before it even began. McDonald’s really should look into their app and fix that because if the lobby doesnt open up and correlate to the business hours in the morning, change the orders to mobile drive thru only is my hope, but regardless be a decent human being first and foremost.

I ordered a large caramel frappe with espresso and they gave it to me in the regular large frappe cup, every McDonald’s gives all the product made in the bigger cup so the espresso doesn’t get wasted and they told me they couldn’t cause they “weren’t like every other McDonald’s” and they were following corporate rules. When it is corporate rules to give all product made.

I have to laugh it’s been 10 yrs or so since been to Mickie ds. I stopped in craving fries so bought two of them and double cheese. Burger. I requested three times no onions cause I’m allergic to them. I got to motel ended up throwing burger away cause it was loaded withh onions on it. I guess I see ya in 20 yrs. This time but fries were fine.

If I could rate this McDonald a 0 I would give them a 0. I asked for ketchup packets and got them thrown at me by some girl at the drive thru window who then proceeded to slam it in my face and walk away. I called to speak the manager and they hung up on me I called back to get the manager information to escalate the situation to the general manager they refused to give me their name which a friend told me the manager on duty gos by the name Jaylen so I’m assuming that’s who thought it was professional to hang up and be disrespectful and refuse to give his name or the company corporate number. Im going to escalate this all the way up. I also was told I’d be banned from McDonald. Which I quite literally don’t care I go to McDonald for my kids but the way they treat customers there I’d rather give my money to another company that isn’t going to disrespect customers! What happened to customers are always right and making it better. Definitely will not be back to this location ever again!

Because of Covid there was no dine in. Haven’t been in the dining area since they remolded it. Was surprised how beautiful the dining area looked. The McRib is back bigger in size, but no other one for a dollar.

Stayed at the drive through for 10 minutes saying hello and hi but because I’m on a bike I was ignored then as I left they take the cars orders that were behind me.the morning shift used to be polite. Now if you go to McDonald’s in the morning be ready for them to give you attitude and rudeness
