Tonight I went to the Jack In The Box on spring mountain in Las Vegas. This place for me is hit or miss but tonight was different. An associate by the name of Jose displayed exceptional customer service and attention to detail. He assured me of a fresh meal and even recommended sauces I hadn’t tried that I actually loved. For me to leave a review just know the experience stood out from the rest. I can’t say enough about this person. Tonight it wasn’t the franchise, it was the person. Will definitely come back, thanks Jose!

You can always tell how good a fast food place is by how fresh their fries are on an average of visits. I have to say I’ve never been served cold fries at this location. The staff is always friendly and my order is always right. This is one of the smaller franchises but they seem to always be on point. Fountain drinks never watery either.

The food was ok, it was hard to see the menu, the lights were out on the sign and all the outside lights were off. At first I thought the place was closed. Almost went somewhere else.

It really sucked after going through line that was 4 cars 19 minutes later was given cold Fry’s they were to be curly but got mixed after seeing that went back around to get it right the line was again 4 cars ahead when I got the order again cold! I eat often at Jack in the box. Really not happy thanks

Only 3 people working there and slow, smells nasty inside and they look at you like if they are mad for been there specially a girl on the drive thru the point is don’t go there cuz you be starting a bad day.
