i used to love fords but today i ordered an all day sandwich, got home and found MULTIPLE hairs all over the sandwich. i had to call 9 times before they answered and i was then told there was no manager on duty and to bring the sandwich in so they could take a look at it. im just disgusted and annoyed. check your food y’all before you eat here!

I am so disappointed in the lack of quality Ford’s has lowered themselves to. This was my “fish sandwich” from Saturday. I went ahead and tossed it for obvious reasons. Not only will you not be greeted or spoken to at the drive thru, you will not receive edible food either. It’s hard to support small, and local, when this is what you’re given.

I have always been a fan of the food here that being said I give it 5 star because the food is bad for your health but delicious . We ordered jumbo tenderloin and large cheddar cheese balls and a country fried steak sandwich and crinkle fries. Chocolate shake and funnel cake. All good except the funnel cake. Funnel cake was Not good!

I ordered a kids meal and a sm cheddar ball . The attendant told me I could have the ch balls added for the kids meal. After getting home with my 3 y o I find there’s no cheese balls in my order. After ng I’m told nonchalantly that I can just come on back. Uh no thank you. It’s hard for an old lady to get a 3 y o in and out of the car. I was told I cannot get a credit, so long story shorter I paid for food that the employees are prob now eating. Bs moneys too hard to come by

One of the best greasy burger joints around. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. But the catfish is so good. If I could eat it 24/7 I would. And the staff members are really friendly and hospitable. Just awesome all the way around.

As a trucker I have been to a lot of small restaurants off the beaten path. I have an interesting idea on what food should be.
I ordered the all American with cheese, chili cheese fries with a Dr pepper.
The burger was luke warm and the cheese wasn’t melted. There was no seasoning on any of the burger at all. It was bland and the lettuce waa old and wilted.
The chili cheese fries were redeeming. Fries were crispy and hot, and the cheese was the liquid nacho cheese.
The chili…. Was unspiced, unflavored bland watery hamburger dumped over the fries. There was water beneath the fries in a puddle. I do not know what St Joseph thinks chili is, but this is not it.
Dr pepper was cold and the price was decent.
Ladies behind the counter were lovely and helpful and the atmosphere, though loud with the tv playing some action movie, was decent enough.
I wouldn’t recommend this place until they fix their cooking prep.

Absolute wonderful food, the staff could definitely work on their presence while on duty at a dining facility. Regardless of the laid back atmosphere, there should always still be a standard when it comes to public service.

Tenderloin combo, yummy! My side choice was fries. $7.49 for the combo. Drink not included. Almost forgot to do this review, as you can see, I took a bite before I snapped my pics. Food was delicious! Fresh & hot. Tenderloin had ketchup, mustard, lettuce, onions, & pickles on it. Crinkle cut fries. Nice portion. Cheap combos! Staff was very friendly!
