Went through the drive through one night to grab a quick bite. Ordered a large combo meal and a separate entree with fries.. no drink. Get to the window.. pay my money.. get my order and proceed to check it. The entree, the main portion of the combo and a small fry was in the bag. I wait until I get the young girls attention and I tell her that an order of my fries was not in the bag. She said all your food is in the bag with a slightly agitated tone. little girl it’s very late i don’t have time to be lying about $3 fries. She takes my bag looks inside and with a straight face says ma’am a combo meal doesn’t come with two orders of fries. gotta be istthni me atp it takes all my patience to tell her to check her computer.. and find me my order of fries. After walking away from the window I guess she realized her mistake (saw her slap her hand over her mouth) and without even so much as an apology hands me a bag with fries and says have a good night. I’d never come back to this one again. But to each his or her own.

Fries were cold and chewy. Three times in a row. Fortunately I got to interact with who I think was the manager this time, and she went above and beyond to make my order right (which I was very grateful for because I just worked an 18 hr manual labor shift and was tired, hungry, and everything else was closed). I asked nicely about the fries and she was very pleasant about remaking them. While I waited, I sipped my drink – which was also wrong (zero calorie). When she brought my fresh fries I apologized and asked about the soda. She admitted they were having problems with the machine and went to remake it as well. I apologized profusely as I knew it was late and I was the only one whiny customer in the drive-thru, but it really makes a difference when you’re totally zapped mentally/physically, and just need a quick meal that reasonably meets expectations. Thank you for your attention, Miss! Wish I had caught your name…

Their drive through was closed because they were short on people; however I was in an RV so I called them up and the manager let me inside their nice lobby to take my order. The whole process took about 4 minutes and I was blown away by how helpful and nice they were. Best Wendy’s experience I have had in a long time. 5 stars for customer service and willingness to help.

They had absolutely No customer in line, nor in the lobby. Asked me to pull up they will bring food out to me fresh, instead brought me terrible hard cold fries. Asked if they had been sitting all morning!

Food was fast so no complaint there. But the drive-thru employee spoke with a dull manner and was hard to understand. My double bourbon bacon cheeseburger is dry and looks like it was thrown together quickly. I guess theres a first time for everything but for it to be from wendys is heartbreaking.

The Wendy’s in Ballwin is TERRIBLE. I ordered of Biggie Bag and the only thing that was fresh was my drink. My burger, fries, and nuggets seemed like they were under a heat lamp all day. The bun on my burger was hard, fries and nuggets were old, and on top of all that, it was cold. How do you have a meal under a heat lamp and it’s still cold??? I recommend that nobody EVER go to this location. I felt like I was in North City with the quality I received. Is leaving 0 stars an option?

I think I got Phillips Spicy chicken sandwich because the baconator I ordered definitely didn’t end up in my bag. Funny part is the employee had issues hearing my order at the drive thru but verified it, then asked me to verify what I ordered when I got to the window. He made the frostys, prepared the to go bag and still handed me the wrong thing which I didn’t realize til I got home (my error for trusting someone). Sandwich was good and hot just not what I ordered or paid for. Standard stuff nowadays I guess.

If I could give no stars I would. The fries were old, burger was half assed, and most of all the lady with brown hair working the drive-thru had an awful attitude. She maybe said five words to us and acted as if we were a bother. I’ve worked food plenty to know it isn’t that difficult to act like you care even a little bit. There was no one else in the drive-thru and no one dining in it looked like. If these are really the people Wendy’s wants to hire I’m good on never eating this poor excuse for food again. I know seeing this won’t mean anything to the people working there. But if you see this and you’re thinking about eating here save yourself the trouble and grab literally anything else.
