They got our drink sizes wrong and refused to take back the small ones, we ended up having a bunch of coffee in the car. I went inside to get straws and a cup holder since they forgot that, and absolutely NO ONE was at the front, i loudly called for anyone to come to the front and no one came and we ended up leaving without cup holders.

I have been at this location several times. They never have anybody at the register to take your order. The girl Sonya always puts my sugar on the counter. But then they put my creamer and nakins in a bag. The young black lady is very friendly and does her job correctly when she waits on me. I think the others need training in having everything in the bag for you. Bag, creamer, sugar, stir stick, napkins. In stead of having the customer constantly ask for things. Which just slows them down. Also they need to learn to smile and say thank you. Just be polite.

Vanessa the manager/employee is terrible, I asked for well done nuggets, when I received the food the fires were cold and the nuggets weren’t well done, she didnt follow any of the request I asked. When I told her the nuggets were wrong she proceeded to tell a worker to get me made to order nuggets that’s not what I asked for. I put in 4 years at a McDonalds location and customer service should be a top priority especially if you care about your job. She should be retrained immediately

NO ONE is ever behind the counter. Staff in back cooking, yelling, and speaking foul language 24/7. Food is warm, fries are no longer crispy, orders are generally wrong. They get paid for you to do the ordering on the App or in store screen, lol. New concept sux.

There is t enough parking at this location when they are busy. The dining area was a little dirty and the were out of large lids. The food was good and my meal was ready quickly.

This McDonalds was incredibly rude. I understand things happen, but I find it rude to degrade and laugh at your customers for your own incorrect listed hours. We went elsewhere and were much more satisfied and we were treated better.

Consistently poor service at this location. Rude employees and outdated hours posted. I stood at the counter for about 25 minutes trying to pick up an order and the employees just ignored me. They would occasionally peak out from the back at me, so I know I was seen waiting.

Tried to get food at 10:30. The app let me order then they turned lights off when I arrived at drive thru. Tried to call but busy. Service was awful. Would not recommend. Whoever runs night shift on Tuesdays should be fired!!!!

I literally just picked up my order through the drive-thru. They had me wait in the drive-thru section because they were busy. They came out and when I started eating my fries there were sections of my fries that were cold like they were uncooked. My fries aren’t even brown and crispy like they’re supposed to be. They literally look like uncooked potatoes
