I ordered a Cobb Salad and it was made incorrectly.
There was blue cheese placed on top and after reviewing the website the only salad that mentions blue cheese is the apple pecan salad.
When I called the store they said that’s just how they make it, offering to recourse.
The Blue cheese here tasted particularly rancid making the salad not edible.
They should check the inventory at this location
I’ve been to the Brooklyn center location and gotten the apple pecan salad there and the blue cheese tasted completely different

Be wary when trying to come here over night. Came in at 5am during advertised business hours and sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with no response at the window even though I could see two employees inside when I left. Wasted my whole lunch to come here and wait to get nothing. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Yet another customer lost at this location. McDonald’s or white castle will at least let you purchase food.

Best frosty I’ve had in a long time! Prices have definitely been raised, a large is $4.55! They were super busy on 2/20/25., evening. Super nice employees, I think they were short staffed too! I didn’t mind! I couldn’t figure out how to get out of the dang parking lot though after the drive thru! They have a sign outside that says open 24/7? And that they have breakfast too! They speak Spanish too! Enjoy my photos!

Placed a mobile order for pick up, took nearly 20 minutes to get my order. When they finally started handing me my stuff, they told me they didn’t have vinaigrette for my salad, no baked potatos, and can’t refund me. My order was completely wrong (regular nuggets, not spicy, blue cheese on salad when requested no blue cheese through app, only thing they did get right was the fries) I contacted customer support from app and they told me to get refund from the store, even then they’re refusing my refund. I called about my order and the guy that answered was very rude and got mad that I said I have the receipt that shows exactly what I ordered and how I ordered, so he hung up on me. Very bad experience. Not the first time my mobile orders take forever to be done, they have a full staff (there’s 3 or 4 people at the window arguing about who’s doing what), yet orders get messed up and take way too long to receive.

My wife is vegetarian, but we were in the area and on a time crunch. We walked in and asked if they had a veggie burger. The lady said “yes”.
Cool. So we ordered that. It was just a bun with cheese on it. I sent it back and said there was no burger. She seemed confused. She said they’ll get a new one. 2nd attempt was a bun and a sloppy mess of toppings drowning in mayo. Still no patty. It went straight into the trash. I would have had more fun just lighting my $12 on fire, as it would’ve saved me time and provided me some heat energy.

I requested no ice in my kids’ drinks. When I got to the window, I was handed drinks with ice. I reminded the cashier that I asked for no ice. He was rude! He asked, “Are you going to take the drink or not?” His colleague told him, if a customer asked for something, give them that. He walked off talking under his breath. I wish I still had my receipt to include his name on here.

My husband and I went there today and ordered 3 baconator meals and 10 piece nuggets. When we received our order we were missing the baconator, bbq sauce, napkins and straws for the 3 drinks. We go back around and wait in line. We ask for straws she gives us 1 one straw so my husband said we needed 3 and then he said we didn’t get the bbq sauce then a white man that works there had an attitude saying it’s 50 cent I’m like no we didn’t get sauce for our nuggets. He started being rude saying I packed the bags so I know I put the items in there. I’m like well you didn’t you can check the bags. And he was like I’m not going to argue and slams the window shut. That was very unprofessional and distasteful. I don’t lie and I definitely didn’t want to have to go back around because of their mistakes. I will not be returning to this location and if I could I would of gave it a zero stars

Ordered 3 bacon double stack meals. Only one had bacon. Went back for them to correct only to come home and they gave me jr bacon cheese burgers. Only one patty. I want to go back but then I don’t cause it’s a school night. Also you guys never answer the phone which is crazy.

Second time they have forgotten a whole burger. The first time I got a triple burger with chili. Only chili in the bag. This was supposed to be all my food for the day at work. Went hungry. This time picked up food for two people. A whole burger was missing. I should have checked but I was in a hurry. Not acceptable

12/27/25.. working on a rare Saturday and stopped here for a couple breakfast sandwiches in the drive thru. Why can’t Wendy’s serve HOT food?? Both sandwiches were warm around the edges and BOTH had a cold spot in the center. I will never be back to this Wendy’s.
