I just left there I got 2 krystal cheese, small fry and drink for a little under $8. The sandwiches was cold and bread hard the fries was hot but taste as if they were just dropped back in the grease. The young lady in the window I didn’t get her name nor a receipt to get her name from. However, she did have a few facial piercings and some waves in her head. That young lady was the best thing about the visit very professional it’s not her fault the food is horrible but whoever is in that kitchen needs to come out and go home permanently. I had handed my baby his sandwich when he said it’s cold I touched it and slung it out the car window but here’s what is left.

There is always a long line even though they have two drive thru order lanes. It generally takes up to 15 minutes to order and another 10-15 minutes to receive your food. Very seldom will there not be a line.

The service was extremely slow and I ordered plain Krystal’s and they served me some very old Krystal. The Krystal looked like they was sitting under the light for days. I took picture of what my Krystal looked like vs what my husband looked like. Total difference. The line was so long and service slow I couldn’t return my order. Check your order before you leave they will screw you with old meat.
