They forgot a third of our food so we had to drive back. The food they did remember was stuffed into one bag which flattened all of our food. They barely put any meat on my crunch wrap or any of the tacos. Quality of the food was poor.

I’m grateful to the kitchen staff for correcting a small mistake with my order today. I received the wrong menu item and was promptly given the correct item plus a convenient coupon which is appreciated. This was during the lunch rush, and I understand little mishaps can and do occur when the orders start flying. Much obliged to the Taco Bell team for helping me out in the midst of the fast-paced environment, they handled it well!

10/10 placed a order for pick up, I rolled into the parking lot 3 mins maybe 5 later & it was packed, drive thru full to the road & I was prepared to wait for a while, but they had me ready and out the door as soon as I walked in, my order was made completely correct with several mods and it was delicious. Great team you have!

I went to taco bell before lunch and on my way i saw an elderly man with a sign with one word. HUNGRY. I asked the kind girl at the window if they would like to help me provide him with a meal. The gave me, at boo charge, a full bag of food with a giant cup of water. I brought it to him and he was very thankful. We need more places to be a kind as taco bell (located on Kingshighway in cape girardeau). Thank you taco bell for the contribution of a free meal for the elderly man asking for food!!!!

Awesome food always good service and great prices. We come here with friends and with family all the time. Good deals and employees are friendly and conversational. Get food fast and always nice and fresh. I always get chicken shredded burrito and it’s great highly recommended. The outdoor seating is nice and the tables are nice and clean. A little cold usually but that’s just me. Clean environment and good atmosphere.

So I go here pretty often. Usually they mess my stuff up in someway but last time they decided to throw plastic in with my fries, (not the cheese mind you!) I have tried to contact the store for a refund and nothing. There’s also one lady there that mocks my name damn near every time I go there. I want my 9 dollar refund man.
