Mirah was a big help today I’m sure thats how you spell her name. But after getting my order wrong she is the main quote for “the customer is always right”. Cool was friendly. Cashier didn’t hesitate to help. Nice and clean atmosphere. I came around 12:15pm today . Got my food and you can still see the steam coming from it. Even the fries were still hot!!! KUDOS ‼️

Been in Everman for 20 yrs and used to love the spot. Service is consistently going down. Rude staff, definitely need training on phone. Orders have been wrong on the last three visits. It is really sad because I used to like this place and have given multiple chances but no changes. Don’t know if it is a problem with management or staff, but terrible.

Every now and then I come to this location because it is close to the job. Every time that I have been, they get my order right. On my most recent visit I got some free cheese fries. Who’s gonna turn down free food? Not this guy!

I always feel like the wings here are fried too hard. Like parts you expect to be tender and juicy are hard and crunchy. Like they needed to pull them out of the fryer 2-3 minutes ago. But I keep going back thinking maybe it’ll be better next time. Thinking I’ll give it one more try. I’m all out of tries. Guess I’ll have to drive the distance to the next closest store.

Tried the new chicken sandwich, ordered original hot with pickles. Sadly, the sandwich was so rubbery and tough, dry, the sauce was sporadic, and the pickles were non existent, so it was a one bite experience. I guess on a good note, I was able to eat the fries and have a drink, because the sandwich was not even worth a second bite. Some dinner.
